Now while growing up here for my entire 53 years, I have seen small but needed hardware stores come and go for two reasons. I believe it was the owner who said it might not work so they did not want to charge me. He said if it worked just come back another day and pay for it. After they made the key, he then said don't even worry about coming back. It turned out the time he took to make the key and it worked. They went above and beyond. It's rarely you see such A level of service nowadays. It truly reminded me of back in the 70s When customer service meant something. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware store.

While I understand both of her points, her rudeness was absolutely unnecessary and unappreciated. this extremely rude level of customer service has soured us for using this store and our family will no longer be shopping here. Perhaps this should not be the employee that you station at the front of the store - she makes for a very bad first impression.

I've been going through all sorts of adventures since my dishwasher leaked water. When the company…read moreremoved the flooring. They also removed the old dishwasher that was leaking. They also took out the hose that was attached to my waterline. To do this they had to turn off my water to the sink and that's how they left it!l if I turn the water back on, it comes spewing out through the T pipe that was put in for the dishwasher hose. I talked to somebody at Home Depot who knows about plumbing and I got a little 3/8 inch cap with an O-ring in it that I could put on that T pipe and stop the water from coming out until my new dishwasher arrives.

As a customer, I had no idea that I would need to purchase the blade separately. I feel as though I was unfairly charged additional costs, and this has left a negative impression. He felt badly for my experience at the other Home Depot did everything he could to rectify that experience, including going, and finding a person who could help me and he brought me Bill HD scoured the store looked and found that they didn't have any in stock and effect on their equipment. It shows a -5 where is online and if the equipment Customer Service has it still shows at the store has four in stock. Both of these guys deserve a raise and maybe Home Depot should considering hiring people over 40 since often people under 30 or not equipped with customer service skills sets.
