Driven Power did OUTSTANDING work--a thousand dollars less (1/3 less) for twice the work that other top Angie's list companies quoted for the job, including the highest quality materials. This company (Driven Power Systems) is recommended by Spa Manufacturers, Inc. (Ulmerton) to install electrical for their customers' spas, because of their impeccable work and low prices. We needed more extensive electrical work done than that--we needed an electrical system to run to a new back yard entertainment center that will include a big swim spa, TV, and bar embedded in decking with a full yard lighting system. This company installed a 70-amp subpanel at the back of the yard (to power everything) and ran 80 feet of trenching that ran from the house to that subpanel and then to the entertainment center--and they included spa hookup and permits, all for $2100, with top-notch materials (copper wiring, etc.). A different company on Angie's list quoted $3200 just to run wiring to the swim spa alone at 50 amps (with 45 feet of trenching) excluding permits and no spa hookup. Half the job at 1/3 more money. The best part is the outstanding work. They responded right away when I called, came out quoted quickly. We had the crew with Danny and Steven. They have been installing electrical systems for 10 years and really know their stuff. They were meticulous in their work and a pleasure to work with. They even ran the wiring UNDER the small extender roots of a large tree in the back yard so that the tree would not experience any shock (even though they could have just cut through them without damaging the tree). They do all the trenching by hand so that they don't accidentally cut through something with a power trencher--but it was just as fast, because they work fast, and they really care about their work. They also left the grass clumped so that it could go back over the trench. I was able to fully trust their judgment and their work. And Tiffany, office administrator, was super professional and friendly. We are very excited now to see the entertainment center come to life! read more

Punctual and professional. Needed electric run to my outside utility barn and he quickly gave me an estimate quickly and promptly completed the work, always communicating with me to ensure they were providing the service I requested. Even at the last minute installed a switch for motion detection so that I don't have to fumble when my hands are full. Also installed a surge protector on my main electrical box for extra protection against all the electrical storms we experience. Driven Power Systems provided exceptional service to me, from the quick response by Tiffany in getting a date set up for an in-home estimate, to the installation of much-needed recessed lighting in my Pinellas Park home.
