Dan was more than understanding that I could not go over to fix this myself. He came out and the guests said was "super nice, no attitude at all" after finding how easy this was to fix. They said he was just as patient and respectful when he came 2 days later and had to reset the breaker and point out which two things not to plug in at the same time. When they left I had Dan right back out to add additional circuits and some extra lights and outlets. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. I will definitely be having them back out and now have his number listed in our Property Welcome Manual so guests can call him if they can not reach me. I'm SO hesitant to write this review bc I want Dan to be able to come when I need him, but Dan is such a good guy I had to share!!
