Dan was more than understanding that I could not go over to fix this myself. He came out and the guests said was "super nice, no attitude at all" after finding how easy this was to fix. They said he was just as patient and respectful when he came 2 days later and had to reset the breaker and point out which two things not to plug in at the same time. When they left I had Dan right back out to add additional circuits and some extra lights and outlets. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. I will definitely be having them back out and now have his number listed in our Property Welcome Manual so guests can call him if they can not reach me. I'm SO hesitant to write this review bc I want Dan to be able to come when I need him, but Dan is such a good guy I had to share!!

So he recommended Red Royal. They came out that same day and told us what the problem was. Power from the pole died due to the line being old and it not being buried in a tube. Replacement needed. They were out the following day and started digging WITH SHOVELS. They almost finished the job but the part they needed to connect to the box was not available until Monday. Back early on Monday they got the power going. Inspectors came out (Dunedin) and approved the job. They came back out and buried the line and left it looking like brand new. I cannot give enough props to the two men that were out here. Professional and hard working + friendly. We recommend Red Royal to everyone. Cannot say enough positive things about them. I'm calling Fuller every time…read more Our solar pool heating company came out, because the system wasn't working. They said the breaker box was broken and we needed an electrician. We called another company first (AND services, which I highly do not recommend). They didn't come out, so in a panic I asked friends for recommendations. Our pool pump is attached to the breaker box, so I thought our pool would turn green soon. Both friends recommended Fuller so I gave them call. The woman on the phone, I think her name was Stephanie, was a delight. I told her my concern (about the pool turning green) and she said she'd call her manager to see if she could get someone to come out ASAP. Her system was showing the earliest availability was next week. She called back in ten minutes with great news, one of the workers had finished another job early and could come right away. James came within the hour. I showed him the breaker box and also showed him a patio fan light that wasn't working. (Our handyman said we might have to replace the whole fan.) James fiddled around with both. Within an hour he fixed the breaker box, the solar heater system (loose wire), AND the fan light. All in, it was $120, which was so much cheaper than I was expecting. My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! When we've contacted Mike he's promised to come out and never shows up - Its been a year now and Mike has blocked me and the office won't take my calls. i've left messages that I thought we'd been very patient.
