They had to replace two switches which took them almost an hour. Internet says it should take 20 to 40 minutes for a do it yourselfer to replace two switches. These are professionals. I definitely don't think it should've taken them an hour and there were two of them. They also scratched paint off the wall all around the light switch. And they put their tool belt down on a white fabric chair. The company says they will make it right we will see, but I really what I really like is to not have my belongings damaged and to not be overcharged. Again, I will say my first several experiences with this company were very good. This experience was way less than professional.

My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! The electrical inspector came out and the electrical FAILED the inspection in addition, several things we were charged for were NEVER done.
