The alkaline water tap is always delicious and refreshing, and the tap doesn't bubble and spit out the water after the initial tank dump like the other brands. The ice it makes tastes like the ones that come out of the fancy craft ice makers. There are no hard water spots or mineral deposits in the sinks, shower glass, and dishwasher. And the bonus is that there are no softener salts that can burn your plants. They come out once a year for maintenance and only charge you for whatever filters you need. My California home was just checked for maintenance, but no filters were needed so it didn't cost me anything. I highly recommend this product, their customer care, and their service team. Top notch service and the best value for great quality water.

Do not use Culligan of Orlando. They do not care at all about customer service. Delivery/Service…read moredays for my Culligan softener are set well ahead of time (about a year) and are repeated on each statement. Despite telling the salesman at time of sale that we have a requirement of pre-call to us with no more than a 4-hour window, all we get is an automated call with "next business day" notification. NOBODY calls in advance of the appointment so somebody has to stay home all day waiting for the delivery and service to the conditioner. We had a previously scheduled delivery/service schedule for 12/24/2025 and got the usual "next business day" call late in the evening of 12/23/2025. We intentionally stayed home all day despite it being Christmas Eve Day and having many other things to do. Then NOBODY SHOWED UP. I tried calling the next business day (12/26/2025) and after being on automated hold for over 10 minutes, I got an automated message that the offices were closed for the holidays. I left a very irate message and demanded somebody call me back to explain the lack of service and to provide a 2-hour window for when the service would be performed. NOBODY CALLED. I tried calling again on 12/29/2025 and got a person that could not deal with my issues and that I needed to talk to the local Orlando office which I was forwarded to. To VOICEMAIL again. I left yet another irate message demanding somebody call me back and let me know what was going on and to provide a 2-hour window for the delivery/service. NOBODY called but I did get the "next business day" notification call late last night. We shall see if anybody shows up today, but yet again we are stuck at home all day waiting for somebody to arrive -- if they do. We are paying $29.95/month for what is called Platinum service. I don't think this even equates to Plastic service. If I had it to do all over again, I would not choose a Culligan system if only for this lack of respect from Culligan in support of their products and mostly in support of their Customers which they obviously do not care about. As I stated at the beginning of this diatribe, DO NOT do business with Culligan of Orlando. They do not care at all about their Customers and it appears they feel that we are here to comply with their whims.

One year they said the air conditioning broke. They managed the tenants very poorly and just blamed everything on my mom. The quote to install a new air conditioning unit was insane, I think they quoted us $5K or $6K and said we got a great deal. I asked to research companies and pick our own air conditioning vendor. They said okay and I found a few great companies with awesome reviews willing to install for half the cost of their vendors. When I brought this up they refused to let us use the vendors we selected, saying they don't work with them. What? Why? Because they are not on a list. That's just ridiculous. Who are we kidding? It's really so they can charge us extra and get a kickback from their own shitty vendors that can't get business otherwise due to poor workmanship and high prices. It's so disappointing to be far away from your property and know that this company will try to screw you in every way possible. My mom sold the condo and it's the best decision so we don't ever have to deal with them again.

Removal of old unit was unusually difficult, requiring some disassembly of cabinetry which was done carefully and reassembled afterward. Wayne and Zack cleaned all areas affected and new unit solves the problem. This is my second experience with Harvey baker Plumbing and I expect to call on them for a much larger future job (decommissioning septic tank/field and connection to city sewer). I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing for almost 20 years and have usually been very satisfied with the…read moreservice. This time was no exception given the technician, Juan, was amazing. He properly took care of an outside faucet issue that was "repaired" previously 24 months before. I noticed my outside faucet was slightly spraying water from the "repair part" recommended two years prior. In April 2024, I called Harvey Baker Plumbing to fix this faucet as it was leaking from the knob at the time. A young gentleman came and said he did not have the part on his vehicle to replace it (something to do with the pipe size), but he could "repair" it. However, I would not be able to turn the water on and off from the faucet knob. He said the nozzle at the end of the hose would serve as the on/off mechanism. When I discovered the current leak, I called and the receptionist said she could get someone out between 12-2 the next day. I explained the previous situation above and said I definitely want the faucet "replaced" this time. She looked up my previous invoice and said she would note on the ticket the faucet should be replaced rather than repaired. Next day, she called again and said she could have the technician come out earlier if I was available. I said I was and Juan came 15 minutes later, a little after 10am. He was a joy to work with, smiling and providing great conversation and expertise! I explained everything and he said he had the necessary part to rectify the leak. He did a great job. When I got the invoice, I noticed the parts only cost $33 compared to the "repair" part of $10. I was surprised the previous gentleman couldn't drive 4 miles to the office to get the necessary part and recommended the "repair" instead. I estimated I could have saved approximately $200 of labor charges had the work been properly completed the first time. I would have requested the previous technician get the necessary part had I known the difference in part costs was minimal. At least the "repair" lasted 2 years. I will probably continue to use Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future, but I'll make sure I request a more seasoned technician like Juan next time. Final note - Harvey Baker Plumbing now charges a 3% credit card fee on the invoice, which was not their practice previously. It was not a big deal to me ($7.75), and I understand a family business would prefer cash or a check. If I have a major plumbing issue in the future, at least now I am aware of the added fee.

She did tests and demonstration of the quality of water I have presently which is city water and did a comparison with Alkaline water.
