The best part is turning on my shower and no longer smelling that nasty rotten egg smell from the city water. They also installed for me a new modern valve for my main line to replace my aging valve which made it a lot easier to use. The drain line was nicely hidden underground and out of sight. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. Guy showed up, I pointed out the sink that had been clogged for 8 months. He fixed it up in less than 10 minutes, and spent another 20 putting a new plunger plug in the sink so it wouldn't happen again. I pointed out a second sink that had stopped running, and he quickly assessed the problem as sediment that had built up in the faucet head. He offered to switch it out free of charge, but ended up not having the right size parts in his van. CLR ended up fixing the problem in about 15 minutes and the sink is finally running again! Good communication, quick labor, all told he was here for less than 2 hours. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely call them again for any future problems!!!

I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing for almost 20 years and have usually been very satisfied with the…read moreservice. This time was no exception given the technician, Juan, was amazing. He properly took care of an outside faucet issue that was "repaired" previously 24 months before. I noticed my outside faucet was slightly spraying water from the "repair part" recommended two years prior. In April 2024, I called Harvey Baker Plumbing to fix this faucet as it was leaking from the knob at the time. A young gentleman came and said he did not have the part on his vehicle to replace it (something to do with the pipe size), but he could "repair" it. However, I would not be able to turn the water on and off from the faucet knob. He said the nozzle at the end of the hose would serve as the on/off mechanism. When I discovered the current leak, I called and the receptionist said she could get someone out between 12-2 the next day. I explained the previous situation above and said I definitely want the faucet "replaced" this time. She looked up my previous invoice and said she would note on the ticket the faucet should be replaced rather than repaired. Next day, she called again and said she could have the technician come out earlier if I was available. I said I was and Juan came 15 minutes later, a little after 10am. He was a joy to work with, smiling and providing great conversation and expertise! I explained everything and he said he had the necessary part to rectify the leak. He did a great job. When I got the invoice, I noticed the parts only cost $33 compared to the "repair" part of $10. I was surprised the previous gentleman couldn't drive 4 miles to the office to get the necessary part and recommended the "repair" instead. I estimated I could have saved approximately $200 of labor charges had the work been properly completed the first time. I would have requested the previous technician get the necessary part had I known the difference in part costs was minimal. At least the "repair" lasted 2 years. I will probably continue to use Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future, but I'll make sure I request a more seasoned technician like Juan next time. Final note - Harvey Baker Plumbing now charges a 3% credit card fee on the invoice, which was not their practice previously. It was not a big deal to me ($7.75), and I understand a family business would prefer cash or a check. If I have a major plumbing issue in the future, at least now I am aware of the added fee.

She did tests and demonstration of the quality of water I have presently which is city water and did a comparison with Alkaline water. Nima came over the next day, pulled out his test kit to tested our water, and the water quality was horrible. Nima took the time to educate us and explained everything in detail about the water in Florida. The water we are all using is basically poisoning us slowly. So, we decided to get the best water purify system they have and an alkaline water system for drinking. Then comes Ken, our installer. Ken was very friendly and professional. I can tell he takes pride into the work he do. Ken explaining everything in detail, where the system will be install, how the system works, he make sure all the tanks were aligned perfectly apart. Test ran, make sure everything was working properly. His work ethic, was superb and unmatched. Very detail oriented. Never have I met anyone work the way Ken does. After installation was finish. Ken tested the water and show us the results. Now our water is ph 8 and drinking water is ph 11. Is been 2 weeks now after the system installed. My skin shows big difference, no more dry itchy skin. I have noticed I have more energy. 60%-70% of our body are water. Having clean water to drink, shower and was the chemical of your vegetable is very important. Stop using toxic water.
