Cody, the owner didn't mind that we hadn't purchased the softener through him and agreed to come out and take a look. He arrived in the time slot that he gave us. After having a not so nice experience with a big box company, Cody far exceeded my expectations. He was very honest, professional, and prompt. There is no haggling with services and pricing with him, unlike other companies. And he did an excellent job with installation. Cody of 3 Waters totally raises the Bar- He is the most Ethical, Honest, Competitive, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Informative Gentleman, I have met in the Water Treatment Industry, over the past 15 years!!! Cody promptly arrived on time for my service call this morning, on 7-19-2025, to help correct the multiple issues with my water treatment system, of which I had made the mistake of purchasing from another entity. Upon fully servicing my unit, Cody fixed multiple issues, including a neglected piston assembly, improperly sized injector, along with reprogrammed multiple aspects of an improperly set control unit. Hence, multiple reasons why my system had not been working efficiently ever since it was installed, even though I had the original install company come out regularly to service my unit. Unfortunately, it was not until this morning that I was not only provided the reasons why my water softening system was failing to work as it should have. Even better, Cody took the extra steps to explain and show me the issues corrected which in turn fully demonstrated that Cody is head and shoulders above all others, for both service and sales of water treatment systems.
