The owner of the company (Sid) took our call and assured us that someone between Monday or Tuesday would show up to our house. Neither my husband and I received a call on Monday so I followed up with a call on Tuesday to find out the owner never scheduled us in. The fact that the owner was aware that we had no water and didn't add us to the schedule (even if we had to wait until Tuesday) it's not acceptable. My recommendation is if you call during the weekend make sure you follow-up early Monday morning to ensure you have been added to the schedule. Not impressed.
