I have the Puragain water system installed in my other house in California, so when I found out they opened a location in Orlando, I called them to replace a more expensive and lower quality brand that I had installed a few months earlier. It's not a wonder they have an F with the Better Business Bureau. Do not let this company do anything in your house!! We got our water system about 2 1/2 years ago. Worked relatively fine. It was very expensive to replace the filter so often. Biggest thing I wanted to share was how they caused over $50,000 in water damage from their leaking water filtration in my kitchen.. they accepted responsibility and paid for the first 16,000 of it to get actively growing mold infestation my house after eight months. Finally all the mold in the cabinets and the flooring were removed that were all damaged from the water leak and now the company has refused to return any phone calls any emails. I called every number I could find to try to contact them and left messages to request callbacks and no one would ever call me back and no one would ever call the remediation company back that removed the mold out of my house. read more

I have been waiting to post this review to see how we liked the system. We had it installed on Friday 01/17. From start to finish I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Setting up the consultation over the phone was seamless and upfront about every detail. No haggling, no sudden fees. Just upfront cost, finance options, install options, etc. We had already gone through the nightmare of other companies trying to sell us a ridiculous system for more than $10,000. Had them in our home trying to negotiate for over three hours. It was awful! But not Puragain. I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty. Daniel came to the consultation and never one time tried to upsell something. I found it very telling that he himself had the same system. That says a lot to me, when their own employees use their products. I was able to get financing completed within a few minutes. So easy! Keith came the next day, on time, polite, and did an absolutely amazing job installing. He was extremely detailed and explained everything thoroughly. Again, he has the same system at home as well. We heard a lot about the bad water quality in FL, especially in the area that we are buying a house in. So naturally we also shopped for a whole house water filtration system for the peace of mind, and ended up choosing Puragain water. The unit is in for less than a week, I can say the alkaline water add on makes a real difference in the drinking water, and it does show a difference for skin and hair after a shower. The system can speak for itself, and I like the promise of lifetime servicing, plus if we move, they'd move the water system for us as well. What a great benefit. Even if we don't move it when we leave, hopefully it will add value to the property with this already installed.
