I contracted them in Dec 2025, then didn't get started until late March 2026, finishing mid-April 2026. What was estimated as a 3-day project, turned into a 4-month nightmare. The horrible communications, terrible customer service and their quality management practices are non-existent. What they had in abundance of was excuses. Shifting the blame onto everyone, accepting themselves. They used a subcontractor (Apex Plumbing), who was just as bad as the parent company. A major red flag that I ignored was the subdivision of their company, which denotes their "grab the money and run" tactic to avoid liability and accountability, if & when they are sued. Although I expected some damage to the backyard and minor delays (city permits). I didn't imagine, nor was I informed that my front yard would also be destroyed due to their poor planning & incompetence. Despite my patience, tolerance, and civility, which were all taken for granted, by these dishonorable, callous, and unprofessional people who were only interested in fleecing the limited money from a disabled USMC veteran caregiver on a fix income in a bad economy. The sad reality is, had I gone with any of the 4 other companies, not only would they have finished faster. But I would have gotten the same quality of work for a fraction of the cost. In the end, because of the inconvenience, bad service, damage, disrespect, and many delays, etc..., Just a few of the many problems experienced, in addition to the 4-month delay, was installing the wrong septic tank. I ordered and was paying for a 1530-gallon tank, but they were going to install a 900 gallon. I got this unethical switch before it was too late. But that then delayed the job another day, on top of the delay because they took Monday off. Then they failed to provide me with the permits, & breaking my concrete patio floor in the backyard, again because of their poor planning. Then they were going to leave the job, with an obvious crater (from where the septic tank/drainage field) in the backyard because they had started late in the day and didn't want to keep returning to properly cover the ground with the dirt that was extracted from the backyard but was relocated to the front. To get anything done properly was like pulling teeth. Don't get me started on their countless lies and false promises. And I am leaving out all of the minor problems. Premium Plumbing only gave me a $500 discount for my troubles out of a $25k bill. If they had only worked as quickly in the service I hired them for as quickly as they issued the bill, then I at least would have been satisfied. But as it is, I am only very disappointed with what this company did and failed to do. In conclusion, I didn't get my money's worth from this truly disgusting immoral and godless company that I warn everyone to stay away from. Don't let what happen to me, happen to you--pick ANYONE but them or their subcontract Apex Plumbing. They cannot be trusted and their word, like work, is worthless.

I was given a rough estimate of 600-1000 over the phone based on inspector photos and description of needed repairs which was assuming replacing the whole cast iron p-trap and replacing the shower diverter. When Marcus called me from the house with good news - not having to replace p-trap and diverter and only to replace fernco and adjust diverter I assumed the invoice would be at the low end of the phone estimate. When he said $917 or $1300 if he had to replace shower diverter. I was a bit shocked but in a tight spot to get this done and the house closed. I told them to go ahead and we could discuss as maybe I was not understanding. He then called back a little over an hour later and said the work was done. In my opinion, these charges were excessive and not reflective of the time, labor, or complexity involved. The work performed was: 1. Replacing a Fernco coupling under the house. There was already ample access in the crawlspace (around two feet or more), and this was a straightforward repair with no major excavation or difficult access required. 2. Adjusting a shower diverter/valve. The "repair" was essentially adding a small block of wood behind it to secure it in place. For these minor items, I was charged $917.27. The invoice included charges such as: Fernco replacement: $149.19 "Difficulty charge Level 1": $206.00 Drywall cutout for access: $212.08 Adjust shower valve: $350.00 I called to discuss this matter with Tim. He stood behind his invoice and reiterated they were not up-charging and they do not bill by the time but by the job. On Tap texted and emailed me after the job for an honest review, so I obliged. I trust this helps the public when choosing a plumbing company.

Later that day, Brian Cass called me and was following up on their quote. Brian told me that he was the sales manager of the family-owned business. He also said that Cass Plumbing would match other quotes from licensed plumbers other than Home Depot's contractors. Brian went on the provide me with his direct email address. He told me that if I received a quote that was lower than theirs to send it to him. I forwarded him a significantly lower quote from a licensed and insured plumber and followed up with two emails without a response from him. I checked Cass Plumbing's website, and they have the following in writing: Cass Plumbing's Lowest Price Guarantee Cass Plumbing makes every effort to offer our customers the most competitive plumbing pricing available. To support this effort Cass Plumbing additionally offers the following Lowest Price Guarantee... Lowest Price Guarantee: Cass Plumbing will beat any plumbing price by up to 11%. Competitor prices must be in writing and issued by a licensed, bonded and insured local plumber. Additionally, any competitor's written prices must be presented to Cass Plumbing before we start to provide our plumbing service. Even more, Cass Plumbing does not give or confirm our Lowest Price Guarantee price in writing, unless Cass Plumbing first receives from the customer, the customer's commitment, that Cass Plumbing will be selected to provide the plumbing service detailed on Cass Plumbing's written pricing estimate. (This Guarantee may not be used with or combined with any other discount Cass Plumbing may be offering). Clearly, this isn't being followed and is misleading. It is false advertising.
