Later that day, Brian Cass called me and was following up on their quote. Brian told me that he was the sales manager of the family-owned business. He also said that Cass Plumbing would match other quotes from licensed plumbers other than Home Depot's contractors. Brian went on the provide me with his direct email address. He told me that if I received a quote that was lower than theirs to send it to him. I forwarded him a significantly lower quote from a licensed and insured plumber and followed up with two emails without a response from him. I checked Cass Plumbing's website, and they have the following in writing: Cass Plumbing's Lowest Price Guarantee Cass Plumbing makes every effort to offer our customers the most competitive plumbing pricing available. To support this effort Cass Plumbing additionally offers the following Lowest Price Guarantee... Lowest Price Guarantee: Cass Plumbing will beat any plumbing price by up to 11%. Competitor prices must be in writing and issued by a licensed, bonded and insured local plumber. Additionally, any competitor's written prices must be presented to Cass Plumbing before we start to provide our plumbing service. Even more, Cass Plumbing does not give or confirm our Lowest Price Guarantee price in writing, unless Cass Plumbing first receives from the customer, the customer's commitment, that Cass Plumbing will be selected to provide the plumbing service detailed on Cass Plumbing's written pricing estimate. [came out right away & job completed same day. 3] Replaced a 40 year old toilet w/ dual flush. Needless to say I've been very satisfied with the quality of their work and their workers, [Anthony, Maurice, Cleveland & Jeff] are all professional. They explained things, answer my questions & even give me helpful tips. This is the company to call if ya have a plumbing problem.

    This company takes pride on advertising themselves as providing very qualified service and…read moreprofessional. My experience with them has been a nightmare. Placed a service request for a noise inside my walls. The technician they sent was not qualified to detect the reason for the noise. The service was set for $99. Tech didn't resolve the issue, and charged me $274 for not resolving my issue, abd wasting my time. I was under the understanding I was signing for the service call, but the tech had added fees I didn't agree on, and for a resolution I didn't received. I have been disputing the charges for over a year. They keep telling me that the bill will be resolve, but they were lying to me. A year passed, and I didn't received a 2nd bill. Thought the bill was resolved, as they said, but to my disappointment, I received the bill again. Called, they said it will be resolved. A few more months passed. The bill showed up again. They said I was in collections, but unable to provide info. about the collection agency that was sent to. Referred me to Corporate. Talked to 3 reps. No resolution. They sent me back to Midway. They said they knew nothing about it. Called back to corporate. They connected me to a supervisor named Liz, she said Austin was ready to talk to me, refused to give me his number. She disconnected the can, and Austin never called. At this point, I am not willing to pay that bill, as it has costs me more to have called them to begin with, than it cost me to resolve the noise inside my walls, which only took 2 minutes to resolve, should the technician had been able to distinguish a water noise, vs an electrical noise. A friend, over the phone, many hours away was able to detect that it was a water leaking from my garden house outside my house. Do not use this company, as, you would not be able to resolve an issue that might present to you, due to their incompetence. So far, throughout my life, I have been able to maintain a credit score of 850. They are willing to ruin that instead of holding accountability, and maintain customer satisfaction. Very sad.

I previously had a good experience with them so we signed up for a contract for water and air maintenance. The last time they came out to check the air, the workers broke the stairs to our attic. I understand that accidents happen but instead of being transparent and letting me know, they just closed the attic stairs and left. We reached out to management and never received a call back. More recently, I scheduled an appointment to have our annual water inspection and have the salt replaced. It was a four hour morning window in which I had to arrange someone else to take my kids to school. No one came. And when I called, no apology was given. They just set up another appointment.
