I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. They he's for the plastic resident trim off the frosted window that looked into the tub and told me oh by the way, you need a second code of mud on the throw. All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. He also stole two $500 Apple advances from me and a $50 cash advance from Apple. He told me he needed that. I find out after the fact here for the whole time except for the library last the goat company truck in and a company uniforms that he was expired. And he's done the same I put pictures of my yelp and I'm looking for them because it was horrifying. I had a Contractor who lives gonna become with it and he goes. This is horrible. They need to come make this right. I called the goat, plumbing, out sent Kyle put the tub in. Nothing is my shower all level. They just don't wanna take the time. I live right in a 55+ community right on the water and we were two hurricanes in a row and I have been slowly digging my way out years. Trying to get my place for back together. It is my retirement help. I do not have homeowners insurance because they do not give them on mobile homes. My mobile home is basically brand just a chassis, the iron very strong. Was putting 8. I had to replace the water, vapor etc. etc. I'm a far away from being done. I want them to give me back with the money I gave them because I afford to them this kind of money. Both of which were completed timely and with perfection. I've heard plumbing can be super expensive and so far I can't complain about the bills. As stated I knew the retail cost of parts would range for 3 toilets about $100-$175 or so. I could not get any info on labor charges b4 Cole came out. The work order was already typed up. When they say they give the price up front - NO! Not until worker in home. After taking time to move things to make easy & waiting when they say up front the work order was already priced out for $800 - to change flapper parts in 3 toilets when wholesale parts would be less than what retail was. It was a hassle to "haggle" for lower price - after he made big production about talking with manager, came back. We had to haggle some more. Cost? $600!!! Extreme. I know how to change flappers but due to a recent injury & other things going on, just didn't want to fool with it. I think is a rip off when unable to get pricing up front - even a range of pricing would have helped. I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE WITH THIS COMPANY had I known it would have cost that amount of money for only about 2 hours. When finished with toilets he took more time wanting to see water softener & water heater. Water softener maintenance had just been done. Plans were already in process for water heater. I guess all this production was to "justify" time in order to charge $600. There was no breakdown of pricing even on the receipt. Spoke with manager. He thinks that once in home and reviewed with customer is "up front" rather than before worker in home. So the pressure on to continue. Otherwise I would have had to take another day during a very hectic time to try to contract with someone else and work our schedules out. I felt FORCED to accept. I DO NOT think fair not to have a ballpark figure knowing that would not be the final cost. Note: there was one other part used but again not an expensive part. The manager stated how this process is handled is "up front" because people don't always know what the problem is. After having house for a long time most of us know what the problems are. I explained I specifically stated the issues but still could not get an estimated cost of charges before worker came to home. Will I use this service again? No way! I felt as though I had been ripped off especially knowing cost of parts and for only two hours or so in home that included a trip to check out water heater and softener, haggle on price, and things other than the actual work. OVERPRICED. UNABLE TO GET ANY KIND OF PRICING BEFOREHAND. No breakdown of charges until in the home yet I had not been able to get this estimated pricing before came to home. John and Joey are by far the worst contractors that I've ever hired. While they were digging a…read moretrench for electrical line to an outdoor kitchen, they cut my cable line and an irrigation line. I was never informed of the damage to the lines. After noticing that my internet was down, I inspected their work and discovered the cut line in the trench they had just dug. Their response, "We didn't cut it!" By the way, that's their "go to" answer on everything. They won't take responsibility for anything they do. I didn't realize that they broke the irrigation line until the next time my sprinklers came on. It cost me $300 to have it dug up and repaired (the right way). Of course they said, "We didn't do it!" But the sprinklers worked the day before they dug and then the line was suddenly broken, in the same exact spot they were digging in. They decided to repair the damaged irrigation line with electrical tape. Buyer beware... DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
