I called on a Tuesday, was told someone would call next day to confirm date and time they could come out. By Friday, I still had not heard from anyone. I called and they said someone could be out that day at 3pm. I called at 430pm because no one showed up. They said they had to reschedule for Monday at 10am. They arrived around 11 and sat inside the vehicle outside of my front door for nearly an hour. I called the office to find out what was going on and was told they were having lunch. Finally after 12, they knocked on the door. The problem was inspected for 5 mins and they said they had to go to Home Depot for a new filter cartridge. So I could have some idea what that part would cost, I looked on Home Depot website and it cost between fifty and eighty. They came back and it took them 5 minutes to install and 5 minutes to turn the knob and take pictures of water coming out of all 3 locations. I received the bill, if the part cost the highest at eighty, they charged me three times that costing me two fifty. I asked for a breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was paying for but the lady refused. 10 minutes of work and a part that costs eighty is NOT WORTH two fifty! As a frame of reference. We had a bad circuit breaker that went bad. The Electrician had to go to Home Depot for the part. Took 20 minutes to fix, they charged one sixty. No way the plumber should have cost one hundred more for LESS WORK. AND IF, they charge by time, I am pissed because that means they are charging me for them sitting in the truck for over an hour having lunch. UNACCEPTABLE! I will never ever use or recommend these people again.
