The face-to-face in-person inside your residence initial consultation was easy and quick. The installation is done by the company's professional installers with plumbing experience employees. The installation was completed in under 2 hours. On Day 1 or same day as installation after installation completion and after some water flows through their water filtration system and the residence's plumbing, I can feel immediately the difference of the quality of the water on the skin. It feels a lot better! Prior to installation, the water quality is not good. I would not drink nor cook using tap water without using some type of water filtration. After the installation, the tap water is now potable. No more bottled water, no more water deliveries, no more having to boil and/or filter the water prior to drinking it or cooking with it. The human body appreciates this water quality. My pet's bodies appreciate this water quality. My plant's bodies appreciate this water quality. Residential plumbing appreciates this water quality. Yes, even my coffee now tastes a lot better without the addition of sugar or sweeteners. Residential water flow and pressure improved too. As for price, it is most certainly not cheap, but definitely worth every dollar and every penny in the short, medium, and long-term. Let me tell you how amazing this company is and their products. First, I live where the water is pretty bad and I did my research on a whole home filter and decided on this one. Joe came out the first time and installed the system just how I wanted. Extremely professional and friendly. I had the RO under the sink filter installed later as I was still working on my kitchen and had no sink for it. Once installed I called them back out for the rest. Customer Service was excellent as was the second technician, Jeff. They clearly hire good people that are both friendly and knowledgeable. Now after this, I did have a minor issue and it turned out to not really be with their system, but a minor fitment issue causing a small drip, which was actually in my end of the lines. Joe, the manager, immediately came to my aid to stem most of the water until he sent his best team in. They came out promptly where again I was greeted by Andres and Leysdel. These guys are definitely the A-Team. The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I love the water and the service I found with Puragain Water. Working from home and drinking bottled water all day every day is not only unhealthy, but also downright expensive. I originally ordered a 5 Stage RO system but after speaking with my installer Jeff and asking some questions, I decided to go with the 6 Stage. The next day after the install I had some issues with water pressure, Leysdel was there that morning and fixed the issue! I could really see a difference in pressure and the quality of my water, taste, smell, and color was great! However, I wanted to know for sure, so I purchased a water testing kit off of Amazon. Everything tested great except for the PH and Alkaline reading, which with the 6 Stage system should be high. Again, they sent two guys the very next day, Andres Falcon and Joseph Iaconetti. These guys checked everything and walked me through, tested the water before and after filtering with a professional tester, answered all my questions and still swapped out my system with another brand new one. Bill was my representative who came over to test my water and took time to carefully explain to me what was going on and the process that their filtration system would go through. He stayed to answer every question and for anything he did not have an answer for, he reached out to a more knowledgeable contact. Overall, I had a great experience with Puragain. From the moment I submitted an inquiry, they responded promptly, and booked a consultation for me. Further, the sale representative (Ed) was great. He was relatively new and didn't have an answer for one of my questions. However, he was able to get the answer within 30 seconds (it was impressive). He didn't pressure me into buying the system, but I decided to get one. Lastly, the installation was smooth. The technician, Andres Falcon, showed up on time and immediately get to work (after a brief introduction, of course). Andres was polite and courteous and was meticulous with his work. My particular situation was incredibly difficult due to old pipes and Antonio, Andres, and Joe spent approx 14 hours and 3 trips to Lowe's fixing my pipes and faulty valves before they could even install their water purification system. We moved into a new home. Did research on reverse osmosis. We weren't a fan of having a tank. This was a great solution. I didn't have great expectations beyond drinking water.
