Great experience with One Green!! I did my homework on these and got 3 quotes. James (the son) came out and I appreciated that he didn't go through a scripted pitch when I told him I had researched. He just answered my questions (I had a lot) and explained the differences between the other 2 systems. Chad did a pristine job with installation and even took care of mounting the garbage disposal box under my sink that the builder didn't! The system is exactly what I wanted! One spray of Dawn foam cleans a whole sink full of dishes. My skin doesn't require oil after a shower to feel soft. My hair loves it! And the reverse osmosis water is so delicious! Most of all, I really felt like they will stand by their product so I'm more than happy with my choice. Side note: another company offered to "price match" One Green - don't fall for that! They want you to do the work of getting quotes, the other companies work to give you quotes, all because they didn't give you their best price up front - bad business! read more

Fantastic experience getting a water softener installed. When we moved in there was a water softener, but throughout the time we've lived here, about a year and a half, I learned that it is one from Lowes or Home Depot, which means it is pretty cheap and not meant to withstand the Florida weather. Also, I'm pretty sure it hasn't been working this whole time because the salt had hardened and never seemed to move. I kind of ignored this for a long time because we were already spending a ton of money on other house stuff. Finally a neighbor convinced me that our plumbing would thank us and I'm also hoping it will help my baby's skin issues. I used Request a Quote on Yelp to get a ton of quotes. At the time I was trying to fix our water softener, but quickly learned from many different companies we would need to replace it. I got overwhelmed from all the information and, again, tabled it, but James continued to follow up with me periodically for over a month. It wasn't pushy, he was just checking to see if I got my water softener. Honestly, if it wasn't for his follow up I'd probably still be sitting on this project. It was super easy to schedule a time for them to come a couple days later. They are locally owned and operated so you are dealing with the boss. Chad was the one who came out and he is awesome. He noticed some things that were wrong with our pipes, don't ask me what, I don't know anything about plumbing which is why I hired them, and he fixed it! They have a 10 year warranty, which is fantastic because I don't have to worry if it breaks. They stand by their work. If you are looking for a water softener, I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars, I would! James, Seve and the entire OGF team are amazing! We moved to Florida in Dec. 2022 and within a few weeks my skin started to have issues due to the very hard water and chlorine. I developed dermatitis and my skin has been dry itchy and angry ever since. I've seen a dermatologist and tried several different oral and topical remedies, but nothing has really worked. We built a new home and moved in two weeks ago. I knew I had to install a whole house water filtration system and softener so I interviewed a few different companies and they all came and tested the water and found the same level of hardness and chlorine in the water. James was by far the most knowledgable and best at explaining how their system works. We had a follow up call where I asked a bunch of questions and he answered all of them so I ended up choosing to go with them for our house system. It is one of the best decisions I've ever made...they installed everything the day we moved in and immediately after that first shower, I could already feel the difference...the water is now so soft and my skin is really calming down and getting back to normal. Seve is also so knowledgeable and friendly and they have just the best customer service. We also added a Reverse Osmosis system that connects to a water chiller and cold water faucet and that is amazing too...the water tastes so good! Highly recommend this company, was by far the best experience I've had with any service work relating to the house. You can stop reading here if you don't want to read a long winded experience. Chad was the rep/technician that did the entire install and Gabe was the customer support that did all the scheduling. Gabe was always responsive. Answered the phone nearly every time I called in and would call back within an hour or the next day during after hours. As for Chad, the man went above and beyond throughout the entire project. What should have taken a week or two at most with HOA approval/fix of water main, took over 6 months due to the complete incompetence of my HOA (GreenAcres, good luck if you ever have a property under their HOA). Won't go into all the details, but Chad was patient and attempted to provide assistance multiple times with the HOA. Never complained once or lost his cool at me, was always empathetic and on my side. Never charged me for the at least half dozen times he came out to try to solve the water main issue for the building and my individual unit. Was even awesome with my kids. I found this company when I was looking for water cooler systems for my home and office. James was very attentive and very professional and answered all my questions. A couple weeks after we had the water filter installed it wouldn't work for some reason and James went out of his way after work to make sure that it was fixed. I must've hit the off switch and didn't know it. A couple months later I reached out to James to ask him about getting a water softener for the entire house. They came out and did a water test and of course this is Tampa so we have very hard water.Before I made my decision I asked one of my colleagues who I trust about the water filter system. I was all set to have another company put my water softener in at a pretty cheap price.I had one more appointment with Chad before I called this guy back to set up installation. I had the meeting with Chad at 1pm and kind of felt bad because I thought I was wasting both our time being I was set with this other company. Chad was early and from the minute he stepped out of the Cadillac he was driving I was impressed. He was dressed to impress.....very professional looking and confident...and that was before he had said a word ( I thought...oh boy I might be making a call to the other company) . Chad explained his company and what they are all about and then went into his installation process with me. I decided after talking with Chad he really had a lot of knowledge about the water system he was installing and kept telling me , if you need anything you have my personal number on my card...just call me...which to me is so important! This is water..I really felt Chad meant that if I called him with any problem he would be out as soon as he could. Their system was a better system then the one I was going with and did cost a little more but water is so important so I felt the extra money was well worth it!! I have had my system for about two weeks now and we love it!! My wife say she can tell the difference in the water already being that the other system we had was 7 years old and was a rented one!!
