He communicated his time frame, was very thorough with his inspection and trouble shooting. He also referred a water remediation company who came out the same day. He was very reassuring, calm, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the rational behind it (very comforting in a stressful situation). Thank you, Bradley. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I hired Flow Pro Plumbing to do a simple water heater installation with a permit. I paid Flow Pro…read more$1,482.74 after purchasing the water heater, drip pan, and hoses myself. The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

Kyle mgr Goat Plumbing Co took my tub . He said I won't be able to get anything for it and a week later I get a phone call. Oh guess what? My husband takes two showers a day. He's super clean obviously but more importantly this habit…read moreallows him to be super on top of most water issues. Thusly last night I came to find him laying upon our kitchen floor attempting (unsuccessfully) to keep the water heater pilot light lit. He told me he had attempted his evening wash-up but quickly realized the hot water was, well....not so hot. By the time I'd awaken today, he had already reached Jose at 5 Star Plumbing and Drains via yelp "request for services" Jose came to our home to access the problem. After hearing the totality of our dealings with the finicky water heater he suggested a few possible solutions. We decided to fully replace the unit. This consultation happened at 2pm. By 6pm we had a fully new unit, clean, dry, working. So obviously I haven't seen my husband for a "hot" minute as he's "testing" the shower water but we both expect to see Jose on Tuesday to install the water softener we had been wanting. All joking aside Jose was timely, knowledgeable, cost efficient, fast, respectful and self sufficient. He was easy to understand and communicated very well (we non plumbers could easily grasp his point). In these days of COVID he also was extremely careful about not touching anything in our homes and wore several different pairs of gloves. I can't wait for softened water..Florida water has robbed me of my "Calgon"moments. I'll update my review from my (hopefully) very bubbly, bubble bath Wednesday after our water softener install. If you are in need of a plumber try supporting local small businesses. Jose @ 5 Star Plumbing was great!
