Billy got right back to me, gave me a quote/estimate, he came out to measure everything, he bought me a new security screen door, installed it, and even helped me with another thing on my "to do" list. He stuck to his estimate, I paid, and he left. I am one happy camper and I will be saving his number and info. for any future projects. Thanks for your hard work, Billy!

Promised to come back to "finish up" and remove old door. No show/no call for the Thursday, reached out following week and promised a return date of Friday. No show/no call again. Not worth the amount of $$$ it cost for this job and I still have to get someone else to finish. Lesson learned.

After apologizing they rescheduled, again no show no call. I was trapped having already paid the deposit. Numerous rescheduling (more than 5 times), very poor communication, they just didn't show up or cancel. Finally, the work was done well but with mistakes that added additional time. They went over the quoted cost, even after lowering the scope of work. I will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. They left materials in my garage a month ago, but have not communicated regarding picking them up.

Cleaned up completely, and were very polite and explained what they were doing every step of the way. To top it off, they insisted on painting the entire shower room/toilet ceiling to make the repair virtually invisible. Since the job was paid for by the A/C company, I wasn't overly concerned with the cost, but he showed me the invoice and I thought that the price was fair, if a little above average. On the other hand, the job was very Above Average. Great job. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Pro Quality (LARRY IS A CHEAT). He took up work and signed…read morea contract for installating Kitchen backsplash and TV mount from me in Wesley Chapel, FL. The job was scheduled for Friday. Then suddenly, One day before the job, he asked 50% of the amount as advance payment. I paid him about 20% in advance without having met/spoke with him and agreed that remaining 80% would be made after the job is complete. All this while he insisted that he has 10 years of experience and is very good with this work. Then come Friday, he didnot show up.. On multiple followups he mentioned that he might not be able to come on Friday. I asked if he can come on Saturday. He said he will come first thing in the morning around 9-10 am. He finally came at about 2 pm and started working on kitchen backsplash. He then said i need to wind up early around 4.30 PM and went back with only few of the tiles installed yet. Here as well, he installed several tiles in the wrong direction. Then he said he will come early Monday morning. However on Monday, he didnot come and when i followed up with him on his eta around 11 am he said his car has broke down and he will come in afternoon. But he never showed up. He then said he will come Tuesday morning, which he finally came around noon. He then stick one line of tiles (worked very slowly) and around 5 PM said i need to go to Home depot as my glue is out. He then went out. And then he texts me from oustide saying I need remaining payment to buy materials. (The material cost here was already covered and way less than the initial 20% deposit). I replied that I will make the payment once you can come and finish it. But he never came back and behaved very rudely over chat demanding money in advance for work which he was not willing to complete. Many of the tiles he put have cracks, And he put the tiles in wayward wrong alignment all while saying that he has 10 years job experience. He ran away from incomplete job and texts me after going out of home and took 80% of the money completing only 25% of the job. This guy "Larry" is an aboslute cheat and doesnot know his work properly. I have never experienced such a horrendous customer service. Beware doing business with this guy LARRY!! (attached are snapshots of pending work which he left in middle and never come back, contrarily, demanding full payment)

He came out at once and I explained what needed to be repaired ( in this case, roof work). He gave me a quote and after doing my math , we agreed on a very fair price. I say very fair because the man was up on the roof in this intense heat working relentlessly under the sun. I was checking on him every so often because I didn't want him sick Out of heat exhaustion . But Andrei worked, worked and worked until completion. Day 1. After some days he worked on another section and finished in the same manner. I cannot be more thankful for his workmanship, politeness and honesty . And KINDNESS- hard to get all that in this day and age. I've already recommended him to At least two neighbors who saw him work. And he will definitely be our family handyman from now on. Thank you so much Andrei. God bless!!
