Tom responded to our call immediately and was working on our project within hours. We had a bathroom in a mobile home whose floor was sinking as well as a toilet that needed replacing and several leaking pipes. He literally worked both day & night for two nights to finish the job quickly. He was very easy to work with (and I wasn't even able to be there), trustworthy and his workmanship was excellent.
