He showed up exactly when he said he would, was professional, courteous, and had my ceiling fan replaced in no time. What really surprised me was the price--it was literally about half of what everyone else quoted me, and the quality of the work was excellent. He even put up with my two very "helpful" Boston Terriers who insisted on supervising the entire job! When he was finished, he cleaned everything up before leaving, which I really appreciated. He mentioned he's been in the handyman business for many years and can handle all kinds of projects, and after this experience, I have no doubt I'll be calling him again the next time I need work done around the house. Great service, great price, and a genuinely nice guy. Five stars all the way!

I recommend Andrei for any home project : repair, install or maintenance. I got his info online and…read morehis response was very quick. He came out at once and I explained what needed to be repaired ( in this case, roof work). He gave me a quote and after doing my math , we agreed on a very fair price. I say very fair because the man was up on the roof in this intense heat working relentlessly under the sun. I was checking on him every so often because I didn't want him sick Out of heat exhaustion . But Andrei worked, worked and worked until completion. Day 1. After some days he worked on another section and finished in the same manner. I cannot be more thankful for his workmanship, politeness and honesty . And KINDNESS- hard to get all that in this day and age. I've already recommended him to At least two neighbors who saw him work. And he will definitely be our family handyman from now on. Thank you so much Andrei. God bless!!

He began the job but ran into a problem installing the window stormbusters. He found an alternative to its installation. Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane. The insurance company recognizes them as window-projectile-proof protection and offers a discount on house insurance. I give Jose 5 stars and recommend you contact him for your next handyman project.
