The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

By 6pm we had a fully new unit, clean, dry, working. So obviously I haven't seen my husband for a "hot" minute as he's "testing" the shower water but we both expect to see Jose on Tuesday to install the water softener we had been wanting. All joking aside Jose was timely, knowledgeable, cost efficient, fast, respectful and self sufficient. He was easy to understand and communicated very well (we non plumbers could easily grasp his point). In these days of COVID he also was extremely careful about not touching anything in our homes and wore several different pairs of gloves.
