Cut to two weeks later when our counters were installed and the walls at each location damaged: I contacted our rep, who said that damage to the walls was not covered in the work, despite their many promises to assure our satisfaction and work to make sure everything was as expected. She explained that the details of the wall damage were in the electronic contract we signed. So be it, But hiding behind fine print is deceptive at best when the whole pitch is around the top notch work they do, etc. For having paid top dollar, we expected greater care and follow through. Instead, IGS is like absolutely any other countertop installer around town. I can't, in good conscience, recommend them as the service simply doesn't align to their sales pitch. The counters look great, but I shouldn't have to spend my own time patching their installation damage.

There was a 3/4-inch gap between the sink and the countertop on half of the edges of the sink, and I was afraid that if I didn't get that sink reattached, in the near future it would fall out. I sought repair quotes through Yelp, and Ryan Malloy, the owner of All Your Countertop Services, answered through Yelp messaging within minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need. In addition to granite countertop installation and repair, he told me he can also do general handyman jobs (other than plumbing and electrical) as well. I will definitely be calling on him for all of my handyman needs from here on out.

The last word was that they will come by to inspect the issue 'when things slow down' (placing new work/revenue ahead of post-installation work/issues). Never heard back after that commitment. Like the other reviews, they will offer some reason for their behavior (or attempt to turn the table) which is another example of not taking ownership for their work or their word. Full regret here and consumers should be aware. Formal resolution steps are in process.
