    After researching several flooring companies, we chose Red Eagle--and the main reason was John, the…read moreowner. From the start, he wasn't trying to sell us something or give us the runaround. Instead, he was open, transparent, and genuinely trustworthy. He asked thoughtful questions about what we wanted, listened to our ideas, and then walked us through options in a way that made sense. What stood out most was that he even recommended a less expensive product because it was the better fit for us. John also encouraged us to take home multiple samples, which, combined with their online visualizer tool, really helped us see how different choices would look in our home. After we decided, he came out for exact measurements, and provided a detailed estimate--down to every line item--something other companies didn't always do. The installation team - Roberto, Gui, and Fabio - was outstanding. They arrived on time daily, were respectful and extremely detail-oriented, and handled our furniture with care. While we moved the smaller items, they worked carefully around the larger pieces. Each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and left no debris behind after the project was completed. We wanted to keep the tile and the cabinets but needed new countertops and backsplashes. After a number of quotes and interaction with other companies I chose Red Eagle. John, the owner, helped with picking out the tile, getting us a great discount in purchasing materials and was on the job the entire time. He didn't just drop off his guys and come back when it was finished. The install price was extraordinary. I was a little concerned that with such a reasonable price that the work would be substandard. Was I wrong. He is meticulous with his work and the work of his crew. He has an incredible eye for details with all the most up to date equipment. He wanted to make sure everything was right. Even matching up a mosaic backsplash corner so that it matched. I have a brand new kitchen for half the price of what others quoted me. He was also sure to keep the area clean and dust free. He put down special covering to protect our hard wood floors and was such a professional. The work was done timely and I am nothing but impressed. In fact, after he was done with my kitchen I immediately hired him to do an accent wall in my family room. I'm looking forward to see how that turns out. I have nothing but good things to say about John and Red Eagle.

    DO NOT BUY FROM Jacobsen Homes or Suncrest Homes. I purchased my home and it was set up in…read morebeginning of 2017. Almost immediately I noticed problems. There was moisture in my kids closets. Mold began to grow almost immediately. There was standing water in my breaker box. The vents began to grow mold. My kitchen floor is literally falling in. The dealer is zero help, the manufacture said they would help but they came out and seen it and said it's not their problem. They blame the AC company and the AC company blames the manufacturer. The duct tape on the wall is where a rep came out from the dealer to evaluate the cause and he poked a hole with a screw driver to look for moisture....then covered it with tape. He did this in 2 areas. The rep from the factory told me the flooring by the front door was cut to short and that could let moisture in. The wall by the front door is soft and flexing. The first guy that came just put a nail in the trim as a "fix". When the manufacturers came to look for themselves they said there is GALLONS AND GALLONS ("40+") of water in the duct lines but nobody will take responsibility for the root cause. I am a disabled veteran and I have a child with respiratory problems and they don't care. I put every dime I had into the purchase of a home for my kids and I which was a disaster in itself only to have a home that it literally falling apart. I am nearing the end of my warranty period and they still will not help. I have to keep damp-rid in every room and they fill up so fast. My plumbing is wrong. Hot is cold and cold is hot. Told them that my first day here and it still haven't been fixed. The floor in the master closet is starting to soften as well. Toilet in the front bath rocks. Isn't installed correctly. Told them that too and it's never been fixed. All this should be a warranty thing but they refuse to fix any of it. I was told by the first crew that came out that the entire underside of my kitchen floor was covered in mold. And that it was failing! I gave the dealer $50k down because I was told I had to then was told I couldn't afford the home I wanted and in the end was sold this piece of crap for MORE than the one I wanted!! They take advantage of you and don't care at all!!
