Had a great experience with Ramos Marble & Granite installing my bathroom countertop. The two-man…read morecrew (I remember one goes by Jr!) was friendly and got right to work as soon as they arrived. They truly went above and beyond -- even cleaning up the mess on my driveway before they left. I'm honestly so happy with the end result. This company was referred by my cabinet installer and I can't speak highly enough of the experience.

Complete Failure, Property Damage, and Total Refusal to Take Responsibility…read more This was one of the worst home renovation experiences I've ever had. I spent over $20,000 with Cabinets To Go, who used Sage Surfaces to coordinate installation and hired Ramos Marble and Granite in Saint Petersburg, FL to do the work. What followed was incompetence, damage, and complete disregard for the customer. The problems started immediately. During the first install, Ramos installed the wrong backsplash (4" instead of the full backsplash I ordered). That mistake required everything to be torn out and redone. During the second installation, I stayed in the room specifically because trust was already gone. That decision proved necessary -- I personally watched the installer drag my stove across my floor instead of lifting it, leaving a long, obvious scrape in my new flooring. When I reported the damage, Ramos' operations manager asked for photos, which I sent immediately. A few hours later, she claimed their installer never moved my stove at all -- a statement that was simply untrue. She wasn't there. I was. I then escalated to Cabinets To Go and Sage Surfaces. Both companies said they were "working on it," then did absolutely nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. No compensation. The estimate to repair the damage is $1,800. This entire experience exposed a system where everyone takes your money, no one takes responsibility, and the customer is left paying for contractor damage. For a national brand and a $20K+ purchase, this level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. If you're considering Cabinets To Go, Sage Surfaces, or Ramos Marble and Granite, understand this: when something goes wrong, you're on your own. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

They didn't bother to greet us as they just stayed planted at their two desks. When my husband inquired about one of the pedestal sinks, one of the women slunk over, told us the size options and then just walked off. We stayed a few minutes longer but left as it was clear they were not interested in making a sale that day. I guess this company has all the business they need for now. We won't be back.

They do have a wonderful selection and some items we would haven't considered had we not stopped in. We picked out some items which we have now taken delivery on. While we were there, we were interested in some higher end items like a steam shower and one of those fancy toilets with a heated seat, automatic everything, and lights. We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions. I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local. Bottom line: Great selection. 2 stars Horrendous customer service! 0 stars

This is my fourth kitchen remodel on what should be the last house I ever live in and I feel great to have found them! After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, I choose to work with Michael. Michael presented me with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. When I was initially looking for a kitchen designer I thought I wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, I quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. They met with me at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with me more if I had asked him to). They were also always willing to give me his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide me as needed. What I especially liked about them is the straight forward manner and honest opinion. The crew were extremely professional and I enjoyed working with them. As with any major renovations there were small issues that arose during the process but they jumped in and corrected the issues immediately. The finished work product looks great and the design is terrific. I highly recommend Revive Design and Renovation

I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

The website is…read morepolished, the marketing is strong, and it really does make you think you are about to walk into something a step above the usual furniture stores. I went in expecting something a little more elevated, maybe even a little more unique, something that justified all that visual hype. Instead, the second I walked in, I had instant déjà vu. It felt like I had just walked into Pottery Barn and West Elm at the same time. Same look, same layout, same safe choices. You could swap the store signs and I genuinely don't think anyone would notice. After a few minutes, it stops feeling like browsing and starts feeling like you're looping the same store over and over again. It is still nice to walk through, I will give it that, but this is your reminder not to believe everything you see online. A lot of this feels like basic furniture dressed up to look amazing, different, and higher end when it really is not. And since this mall operates like a full price only environment, expect to pay two or three times what any of this should realistically cost.
