The a/c was not part of the project but before they started the 16y/o system went out. They showed up when they were suppose to and Shimi was always available. I've never had such a positive experience with any contractor. Highly recommend Premier and Shimi.

If you're looking to do an addition, look no further than Premiere Builders. We worked with…read moreJonathan and Shalom to complete a master suite addition, rearranging a hallway/bedroom space, reworking our closets and adding a half bathroom. They made the process so easy from start to finish, including completing the drawings in a timely manner, quickly obtaining permitting and moving through each step of construction with little to no delays. Other companies seemed scared to work with our 100 year old bungalow and estimated the build would be around 9 months. They had ours completed in 3 months flat. The addition is everything and more than we dreamed of and we are so happy with it. We are so happy to have went through this process with Premiere Builders. Their workmanship is flawless. Each and every one of their employees is kind, personable, professional and highly skilled. We love this team and will recommend to anyone!

Paul and his team have been fantastic to work with throughout both processes. Paul is a true professional, reasonably priced, and unfazed when issues are discovered during the course of his work. We had another company install a second bathroom upon move-in, and we were far more satisfied with Paul's work compared to theirs when all was said and done. Even when there have been minor issues with Paul's work he has come back to take care of them quickly and where appropriate, with any additional cost. We recommend Paul's Home Pro to our friends without reservation.

I had a really great experience with Elegant Touch. First I met with Marsha who walked me through…read moreall my options (rounded or squared-off edges, etc.) and then we walked together through her warehouse of granite slabs. They were offering a free sink with countertop purchase when I was there. I did not find granite that I absolutely loved, but that was not an issue because they work with multiple other granite providers near the airport and in Ybor. Perfect! I found many granite options at those providers, and they marked off which pieces I loved, and they sent the information directly to Marsha. Marsha contacted me via email, and together we ruled out which granite was clearly not in my budget, then she worked up pricing for the remaining four. One of my favorites was left, and that's the one I went with. She set a date for two weeks out for installation due to their busy schedule. Her team showed up on time, and got right to work. My countertops turned out even more beautiful than I could have dreamed. The installers did have an issue once they drilled the hole where the faucet should go (cabinet was in the way), which I wish they had mentioned to me ahead of time, instead of me finding out about the issue only when my plumber showed up to install my faucet, but that was the only hiccup. I appreciate how prompt all correspondence was with Marsha and Savitre, the other office staff member, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to enhance their home with new granite countertops.

After looking at tons of other granite we found a completely different type that we fell in love with. (at a different granite place) Long story shortened, the other place ended up cutting into the slab we wanted for a smaller job, leaving too little for our job. This other place also told us that they checked all of their suppliers and they couldn't find another slab like the one we wanted. We went back to Elegant Touch right then and there. Within 5 minutes, Elegant Touch had located a slab like the one we wanted, actually, it was several times more attractive than the original. That was two weeks ago and we now have our new granite countertop. If you are looking for granite, look no further. If they don't have what you want in stock, they can find it for you. Every other place we looked gave us nothing but excuses, Elegant Touch gave us nothing but quality service and breath taking granite!

I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

We selected them because we didn't think we would be nickel and dimed, and my husband really created a rapport with their sales manager Jeff, who was great from start to finish. From start to completion it probably took 4 1/2 months - two of those months are waiting on permitting but minor things like drywall up/over plant shelves and custom closets were able to be accomplished during that time. They have very skilled trades people that work for them and they work with top notch outside contractors. Barry, our project manager is very knowledgeable and talented - he checked in daily to let us know what he would be doing and sometimes stopped to ask us our opinion. He always wanted to do the right thing for us. We loved having him a part of our renovation. Our only piece of advice would be to make sure everything is in the contract that you desire for your home - down to whether that be the specific type of paint you want on a shelf or expectations to have outlet covers replaced. Overall, we are happy with our renovation and the work they did. I'll post more photos once we have our professional shots done.
