The incorrect fixture was ordered by Ken, the designer at the Tampa location showroom on Willow, for the master bathroom project. I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers. read more

We just finished a master bath remodel job. We went to Ferguson's for a new bathtub, all the tub plumbing and all the plumbing for a new shower and two new sinks. All of the materials were delivered to our house within a day, or on the day we requested. Kenny was our salesperson and contact. He was well-informed and was very helpful. When we had an installation issue (the installer's fault), a call to Kenny got the issue resolved. (This included a late Friday at closing time email!) The showroom has a great selection at different price points, worth your time to visit and shop. Highly recommended for good service and selection. Ask for Kenny. read more

Ferguson Showroom is beautiful. Customer service should make you run away. I ordered a vanity but received two sinks and no vanity. Ultimately, I was sent a vanity but the wrong color. They don't answer emails or calls. They don't appear to get messages from Jenna who answers the phone. Jaime will email without a phone number and never respond to an email. Lena is never there. I warned two friends already. Shop elsewhere. Also ordered cabinet pulls online and got wrong size. Was told manager would call but never did. We gave up and painted vanity. This is a gorgeous store. The showroom is located at this location. (Other locations just have parts). Kitchens and lightning are located on the first floor. Bathrooms on second floor. They gave an elevator to go upstairs. Snacks and coffee throughout. You should make an appointment ahead of time so you have a dedicated person helping you. They aren't pushy. They don't need to be. The place is gorgeous. Only four stars because it is way overpriced. My contractor won't even shop there. I did shop there for my last bathroom remodels. This time I'll get some things at Home Depot instead. Ferguson is different in each city. Even if you have a discount in another state, it won't apply to every state unfortunately. While there are some items that are drastically outside my budget, there are plenty of affordable things as well. The selection is second-to-none, as the place seems to be a giant maze, and much like IKEA, it's not a quick walk-through. We bought a Danze shower-head here that was much nicer looking than anything we could find at Home Depot or Lowe's, and it wasn't priced too crazily either! Spent time with us on 3 different visits (my husband was working on which tub to purchase and needed to try them out). She showed us many options on the showroom, worked with us on a timely estimate with several options. We finally made the decision to purchase and the order, pay, ship was fantastic. She was mindful of our budget, and worked with us on options, especially those in stock, and included items that I would not have thought of that are necessary to the project (pipes, manifolds). The person at the front desk greeted us and asked us what we were looking for and we told her. Once we discovered the sub zero we were interested in, we sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to approach us and though there were 2 people and only us on the floor no one ever bothered to ask. Continuous frustration with this company...we purchased an entire house full of kitchen and bath items from Fergusons. The latest example of our frustration happen today when they attempted to deliver a kitchen appliance. The appliance was in a box that literally was shredded in multiple places and the manual and screws were missing. The item itself also appeared to have some damage after we inspected it. How does a company let an item go out of its warehouse in this condition? This is a quality issue that is a result of a lack of good management at every level. I asked the drivers how the company could let this item leave the warehouse and they did not have an answer. I went to Ferguson because they are a Jacuzzi dealer and we were looking to get one of the new Jacuzzi Fuzion line of tubs. After identifying the product and getting a price significant higher that what I had seen advertised elsewhere, I asked if Ferguson would price match. The sales person proceeded to tell me that Ferguson was the only authorized dealer of the Jacuzzi brand. Surprised, I asked if she meant Ferguson was the only authorized dealer for Jacuzzi product in the United States. She said yes. I pulled out my phone, did a google search for the name and model of the tub, and immediately found a company selling the same tub for $4,000 less. Yes..... $4,000 less. The sales person then told me that they don't price match. So, of course, I ordered the product elsewhere. My recommendation - price shop and don't believe everything Ferguson tells you. read more

Worst customer service and treatment by an allegedly professional business EVER. Ordered two mirrors (expensive) for our bathroom remodel. Kathy our sales person, said one is in stock and you can take it with you and the other she would have to order. No problem. This was December 29, 2016. I understand the holidays are mixed in there, so it may take a bit longer. However, I heard nothing for weeks and weeks. I called the end of January, spoke to a different person, said Kathy would have to call me back. Never did. I called the first of February. Finally Kathy told me the mirrors were on back order until late March. What about the one that was in stock? No, there is not one in stock. Oh, weird, I guess I didn't hear that right earlier. Also we ordered light bulbs to go with the bathroom lighting that we ordered. Found out they stopped making them and had to order a different model, but those won't be in either until the end of March. What? Light bulbs? Whatever. So I told her to just cancel the order for both mirrors and light bulbs and credit my cc. Waited and waited for a credit. Never got it. Called back, got a different person because of course Kathy was not available. She took my credit card number (which they already had) said she would credit me a completely different number than what it should have been. I inquired as to why it didn't match my invoice. She said I was wrong and it did match my invoice and that's how much it was. I'm a very patient and reasonable person, but at this point I feel like I'm dealing with the Mutt and Jeff show. So I said I would call back when I could get to Kathy. Still NO credit even for the incorrect amount. Finally, Kathy calls me back and explains there is some glitch in their system and that someone put the number in the system wrong. I said, well how can that be when I'm staring at my invoice from 12/29/16 and it says exactly what your system printed. I was just told that there is a glitch. So now, February 8th, I finally get the credit for the mirrors, but no credit for the light bulbs. So I guess it requires another phone call. I have no idea how a place like this stays in business.
