After waiting to get help with cutting for 20 minutes, I called the store line on my phone from the wood cutting area. No surprise.....no one answered when I asked for customer service. Half an hour later after 2 other customers waiting with me left, a worker walked by and said his shift didn't start yet but he would help. Shame on the management here for keeping customers waiting to purchase your products and for also making your employees know they are so short staffed that they start work early.
