I will say that this place definitely deserves more stars than it currently has. We had such an amazing time at Pinstack! From the moment we walked in, everything was great. The atmosphere was fun, clean, and energetic, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly. We especially loved how much there was to do beyond bowling. It made it such a fun experience for the whole family, and we genuinely didn't want to leave! It's not often that everyone in the family has an equally great time, but Pinstack definitely delivered. We have gone 3 times in the past month and can't wait to come back. 2 out of the 3 times, I went with family and once as a date night with my husband. We still had a blast just the two of us! We haven't tried any of the food yet, but have had a few drinks which were great! Our server was attentive and friendly despite it being so busy the last time we went. I would absolutely recommend Pinstack to anyone looking for a fun family outing, date night, or just somewhere to have a great time with friends. 10/10 from us, we'll definitely be back!

I came with my friend and my boyfriend to check it out and get a feel of that atmosphere. There is two levels upstairs had a nice size bar and that's where the bowling area is. They even have a VIP or private bowling area so that was cool in the outdoor area with the big screens was nice. I think that was one of my favorite areas. I also enjoyed the variety of arcade games they have. The Rock wall is nice. It was fun to watch other people do it. I'm scared of heights so I did not get on there, but it was surprisingly high It's definitely something that adults can get on. I was expecting a shorter wall. The bumper cars area is small. I would not get that. I think it's perfect for younger kids. I did not do the razor tag, but there's something I will definitely come back and check out. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We did order drinks at the bar upstairs and then decided to check out the bar downstairs. One of the drinks that we requested downstairs was not made to our liking and the bartender was nice enough to redo a drink for us. I didn't try any food, but I will definitely be back to try some of the food and go bowling . I think this area definitely needed something like this if you're looking for a place to gather with friends and family. I think this is a great spot. There something for everyone.

Fun place with a lot going on. It's basically a high-tech arcade with bowling, laser tag, wall climbing, bars, and restaurants all under one roof. It's still pretty new, so they're definitely working out some of the kinks. They were out of the beer I wanted, and some of the staff seemed like they were still getting comfortable in their roles. Nothing unusual for a new place though. If you've been to Dave & Buster's, you'll get the idea. They have two bowling alleys (one on each floor) and two restaurant/bar areas. The upstairs outdoor patio is really nice with plenty of seating and big TVs. The food was good overall. We had the Pzza, Brisket nachos, and the Bacon-Wrapped Filet and Philly. Everything was tasty enough, but nothing really stood out as a must-have. They have a huge beer selection on tap, although they were out of a few options when we visited. Our bartender, Grace, was great. She was still figuring a few things out, but she had an awesome attitude, was friendly, and made the experience fun

I will start out noting that this review is not concerning food or beverages. Just entertainment. That being said we had a great time here, we came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly not super busy. So we were able to try out everything we wanted to. They have a good amount of bowling alleys both upstairs and downstairs. Lots of arcade games to choose from - even some pinball machines upstairs! Love the lighting inside, I like a more dimly lit arcade and this place delivers on that ambiance. They also offer laser tag, bumper cars, a climbing wall, and a sort of obstacle course in the air. All can be payed for with your card that you load with points at the many kiosks around the place. They do have a bar both upstairs and downstairs and a restaurant area downstairs where you can order food and drinks. They have a nice size outdoor area upstairs with seating and there is a ping pong table out there as well. For it only being open a few weeks, I think they are doing great and I am excited to have another option in the area to play arcade games at.

Got the Alfredo penne with chicken. Had to ask for salt and pepper because it's not seasoned AT ALL. The triple dipper was not good. The queso was ok but the buffalo dip and artichoke dip were watery and tasted funny. We were sat and waited 12 minutes before any server came to the table. I had to search for a staff member who then found us a server. The server was nice and apologetic. The games and arcade are fun but the food is NOT GOOD

Cocktails were my La Serre Martini and my husband had a Le Steb. We both loved the goat cheese salad (think they called it something else) appetizers. I enjoyed the Steak Frites and my husband had the Halibut. Dessert was a chocolate profiterole and a crème brûlée. Our server presented me with a little dish that included two small scalloped shaped muffins that tasted almond flavored and came with a little candle that he lit at the table for me to blow out. He nor my husband sang, which was fine I love French food and this restaurant is the perfect place for it and the decor truly resembles a traditional French Brassiere. We will definitely be revisiting soon.

The food was beautifully presented and the wine pairing was superb. Definitely recommend having them pair your wines. The grilled shrimp was a great start. The sparkling rose made the shrimp taste even better. The goat cheese ravioli was probably my favorite savory dish of the evening. The sweet sage-maple syrup-tomato sauce was fantastic. The Sancerre was pleasant with it, although I thought the ravioli itself was more impressive than the pairing. I had to order bread so the sauce wouldnt go to waste. I ordered the lamb medium rare, but it arrived closer to medium, and initially it was somewhat underseasoned. After adding salt and pepper and getting some of the thyme from the plate into the bite, the lamb became significantly better and worked better with the Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The creamed spinach underneath was delicious on its own, but I didn't enjoy it with the wine. Interestingly, the absolute highlight of that wine pairing was the braised garlic. The sweet, mellow garlic and Châteauneuf-du-Pape were wonderful together. Dessert was the highlight of the entire pairing. The lavender ice cream was outstanding, the Chantilly surrounding it was light and delicious, and the strawberry sauce wasn't overly sweet. The Sauternes was excellent with the dessert, particularly with the fresh strawberry. This was the pairing where the food and wine truly made each other better. Even though I was one of the last diners of the evening, I never felt rushed. My server was very attentive and social which I love. It was very romantic and yet comfortable enough that dining alone wasnt awkward. I'd happily return.

Appetizers calamari (unusual but really tasty crust) and sweet and sour cauliflower (different crust and crispy kale with yummy sauce). Entrees osso bucco and braised short ribs both really marvelous but the short ribs - oh.... They gave my friend her choice of any dessert for her birthday so she got the souffle with a fancy presentation. I splurged on the entremet which was gorgeous and yummy and not overly sweet despite being a million different chocolate things. I stuck to the sweet prosecco and my friend enjoyed several different wines - liking one red blend so much she bought a bottle. We capped the night with Carmel cappuccinos - smooth and creamy. The food and drinks were fantastic, as was the OUTSTANDING service we received from Jason. An excellent night - we'll be back!

We were here for a birthday meal for my husband, which we noted on the reservation. The good: Service, while not great, was ok. She asked if we were here for anything in particular and I mentioned his birthday (which in many places, they would have known from the notation on the reservation, but again, this was not something that bothered me in particular.) The rest: First, the food. Our appetizers were on the "specials": a watermelon salad and crab stuffed squash blossoms. The watermelon was good overall, but with the current issue of cyclospora outbreak, we probably would have picked something else if the menu had noted that one of the ingredients was arugula. I realize that this is just us being overly cautious but it would have been good to know in advance. The squash blossom stuffing tasted more like tuna than crabmeat. Edible but not that good. It got worse with entrees. Husband ordered the ribeye and I had the short rib. I was actually shocked to see that steak: it was SO thin. Wish I had thought to take a picture of it. Due to this, it was overcooked - almost impossible not to do so for such a thin piece of meat. A ribeye at Texas Roadhouse would have been superior to this, and probably half the price (it was criminal to charge $58 for this.) Also nowhere on the menu did it say that the seasoning in the steak was spicy. Again - would have ordered something else had he known that. Short rib was dry and the reduction sauce was overly salty. The goat cheese potato puree that accompanied both tasted good but there was so little of it that it was more of a suggestion of a side than an actual side. We skipped dessert and asked for the check, which took a long time to arrive. Eventually the waitress arrived, apologized for the wait, and set down an empty plate with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate syrup with a birthday candle. Huh??? Either give some kind of dessert or don't bother! We would have rather had no acknowledgement than this waste of time and dirtying a plate. To be clear - we weren't looking for a free dessert; we were ready to go and would have ordered something if we wanted it. But this is just weird. I'm sorry to see this place go downhill. It is overpriced and lacking in the quality that it had in past years.
