Loved the seating area, our server was very accommodating. When we were first seated, there was a very loud customer and our server kindly moved us over to a quiet spot. Food was tasty and satisfying, quite filling as well. I would come visit again!

Date Night, finally :) at One Loudoun, and I wanted to try the Lost Fox for the rooftop vibe. The view overlooks the downtown family area making it an ideal spot. Inside, the decor was cute with fox theming everywhere. The drink menu awesome having a soft leather cover and variety of drinks and foods I would gravitate towards. I picked the Pear Martini as it was a favorite of mine in many places. My partner selected the specialty Mule made with bold rock cider. Even though we made out selections quickly, getting the bartender's attention in our section was a obstacle. He seemed more focused on the music, dancing, staring at the patrons, than wanting to take our order. After several attempts to place our order, we finally caught his attention, but the service continued to disappoint. He mistakenly served my partner's drink to a couple who had just arrived, and the whole situation felt like a joke to him. The couple apologized to us, even though they did nothing wrong with the bartender saying "why would you even tell him" and the man of that party stating back to the bartender "Because I'm honest". Huge disappointment the way the bartender acted throughout. When my drink finally arrived, it was pre-mixed and not enjoyable at all, leaving me feeling like I wasted $16. Which I did, as I left 80% of it on the bartop as we walked out of the restaurant once my partner finished his drink. While the ambiance and live music had potential, the inattentive bartender really ruined the whole experience. If you're looking for a nice date night- I'd recommend exploring other options that prioritize customer service over a club-like atmosphere.

    Nothin' But Crab Dip

Was not expecting to find one of my favorite burgers at this spot. It's the perfect combo of juicy, crispy, and gooey. The bun and sauce are perfection. We also absolutely loved the crab dip which had large piece of crab. Pan seared scallops were good as well but the burger stole the show. This place is great for a date night and is super cozy or even a great place to catch a game (which we did). Service was also great and super quick.

Honestly the Lost Fox is an absolute blast! This restaurant always goes above and beyond for holidays. The decor inside and the seasonal specials are always a fun touch! On the weekends they have a DJ and boy does that draw a crowd! Stop by for fun on a Friday Night or come to just enjoy the cozy heated patio/fire place. The Lost Fox offers an impressive menu, friendly staff, and is for patrons 21+!

TL;DR: Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Food (5/5): Everything was packed with flavor. The burger was delicious, and the pasta was excellent. The sliders were tasty but very small, so if you're really hungry, it's better to go with something more filling. Ambiance (5/5): We sat by the fire on the rooftop, overlooking the street. The view was beautiful and added a lot to the experience. It can get a bit loud depending on nearby groups. If you're seated by the fire, be careful with the small end tables they use for food. They tip easily and aren't very stable. Service (5/5): Our waitress was friendly and gave great recommendations. We ended up ordering more than I took photos of, mostly because the lighting wasn't ideal. Everything she suggested was excellent.

This has become our new favorite spot. The ambiance is dim lit and comfortable. The service is amazing, we had quick and helpful service both times. The food was delicious, a good amount for the cost, and the espresso martini is the best I've had in a very long time. Definitely will be back and I highly recommend it for a date night!

The Lost Fox was a pleasant surprise from what I expected. Located in One London, The Lost Fox is a bar, restaurant and lounge all in one. The atmosphere was diverse; the bar section was a bit louder & energetic, and the sit-down restaurant area felt like an inn or cabin. Whether you're looking for a drink or dinner with some friends the atmosphere at The Lost Fox is a great place.

    Mac and Cheese

My wife and I ate there on 5/25/2025. We both had the same entre. We started with the deviled eggs. They were creamy, but also had a little crunch. Delicious. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good. Not as creamy as I would have liked. It definitely lacked salt. It was both crunchy and tender. I can't remember what the topping was, but it added a nice texture contrast to the pasta, cheese. The hideaway burger was very tasty, there were many different flavors that worked well together. Delicious. The shoe string fries were average. They definitely lacked salt. Overall a very tasty meal. We will be back.

Habanero chicken with beets and potatoes ( burned down chicken and mayo drained vegetables)

This place's concept is probably a new American, which is very evolving and exciting in some cases.. nope, not this one. Personnel is trained to be attentive, place is stylish and very loud. Now to negative. I ordered habanero chicken thighs with beets and potatoes. Description didn't mention that beets and potatoes are mixed with mayo. But when server discussed dish,I mentioned that I don't want dairy in my dish. Besides that, thighs were burnt and not juicy. Flavors of chicken were interesting,a little spicy and sweet ,but burning chicken killed that dish. My friend ordered grilled Roman artichoke entree for 26 dollars, she asked 2 times server if this is real artichoke, seasonal, fresh and not from can. Answer was definitely YES. When my friend tried it,she asked why it's slimy and had marinated taste? Only after 2 consultations with kitchen server admitted this is canned artichoke. So,not only they are lying stating this is Roman artichoke, but they selling for 26 dollars something from can. Absolutely disgusting, we didn't call management, because we had only 1 hour or so and had something important to discuss. I added 1 star because food had some potential in theory. But concept is unfair and execution ( burned down chicken) ruined everything. I don't think I will be back anytime soon.

Came here today for dinner with a friend after almost a year from previous not so good experiences, but was pleasantly surprised by Service today. The grilled carrots were decent and the salmon was cooked to perfection and my friend enjoyed his peppercorn steak. Place was pretty busy and the waitress did take her time sometimes but net net - We had a fairly decent experience .

This restaurant was phenomenal! It's in such a great location in Ashburn, VA with a great vibe. It's the perfect place for a happy hour or weekend dinner. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of seating at the bar as well. The food was so great. They have a lot of options on their menu. The food came out fast and hot. The service was great. Even though it was a busy week night, our waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Crab cake sandwich with Caesar salad
    Ashley A.

Wonderful place for lunch. We got the baby carrots and fish dip appetizers and they were great to start with. Fresh unique recipes to excite the palette before your meal. I got the crab cake sandwich. I felt the crab cake itself didn't really have as much meat as I would like but it was still good. The patio are was a nice place to sit with friends and grab a drink.

Wow, what a quaint British pub in the middle of Vienna. Parking is a little tight for this area,…read morebut you can definitely find some spots in the back on a weekday. I ended up biking and there's a bike stand really close by. My friend was craving fish and chips, so we ventured out this way. Because we came on a Thursday they had a deal going where if you ordered a pie, you could get a beer for free. Of course I had to partake, so I ordered the special pie, which was a masala, chicken, curry pie, and it was quite good. A bit small for the price point but with the beer included totally worth it also because their fries are so good. I could demolish over a pound of those fries. They were thick potato and maybe the extra added bonus of having to use a glass ketchup bottle added to it. My friend and I were also taught how to properly hit the ketchup bottle to get the ketchup out by the bartender. You find the 57 on the bottle at an angle and bump you palm there that instead of hitting the bottom and hoping and praying that ketchup comes out. It actually worked or at least it was more efficient than trying to hit the bottom of the bottle upside down. I had never had a hand pumped beer before, but it was quite good. They are a warm beer rotating and it was quite good, it especially paired well with the pie or fish and chips.

My husband is a die-had Arsenal fan and was overjoyed by the chaotic bar scene he encountered as soon as he entered. The City + Arsenal game had the entire bar packed with fans from both sides pulling up random seats wherever there was a free space. We came a bit late into the game but found a seat in a quieter area of the restaurant that still had good television access. With the dreary rain outside, it felt like we had settled right in a proper British pub! Food wise: - For my husband: Wings were generous, grilled, and delicious with interesting flavors - For me: Fish and chips were light, flakey, and came with some of the best house cut fries I've ever had. - For the kiddos: Although they had a kids menu, my daughters decided to split some pancakes (basically crepes with raspberries and cream sauce, scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Portions are more than generous and the managers were bustling around, talking shop, and thanking everyone who walked through their door. We will definitely be back!

My interpretation of the gist of what everyone was complaining about was that they used to come here all the time (as did I years ago, but it's been a year since being here) and they didn't like the new, slimmed down menu... and they definitely hated the prices here now. Our service was ok, nothing special. I feel like the majority of the servers are very young and might not have the training, nor experience to understand what true service is, not just taking orders and bringing food. The menu was nice. We liked their "Everyday is Sunday" section of the menu, so we tried 2 orders (4 persons) of the pork chop tomahawk and 1 order (2 persons) of the Côte de Boeuf. We started with their Scotch Egg - WOW! Really flavorful with a great texture, inside and out. Definitely a very nice way to start. Cocktails and wine were a hit here for sure! Especially Jarad's G&T, which we got a couple of. Main dishes were great! Plenty of food too!! The spices on the crust of the porkchop tomahawk were so tasty and the temperature was spot-on! The steak in the Côte de Boeuf was incredible! Perfectly seasoned and at that absolute perfect temperature too! The carrots that came with this were very nicely done, but the potatoes stole the show! This dish came with OUTSTANDING Fondant potatoes... They had a great, smokey flavor to them, as if they were basted in pork fat. The meat was perfectly textured and flavored. Overall - While this is no longer the Hunter's Head that many came to know, love, and enjoy, I feel they're doing a decent job here. I'll definitely return, as I want to try their fish & chips!

If these are the seating arrangements, then maybe it would be a good idea to have a QR code or menus at the tables to browse while we wait. We ordered our drinks and when I got my water, it was extremely "tappy" tasting, which I don't really expect from a place that has a bar. I ordered a sweet tea instead, which was perfect (not too sweet). We looked over the menu for a while and I decided on the golden barbeque chicken, while hubby got the chicken and waffles. Food took a really long time to come out (no fault of our waiter, he kept checking with the kitchen). We were here longer than an hour and it wasn't *too* busy. FOOD: -Golden Barbeque Chicken - half chicken with a dry rub and then bbq sauce and comes with corn on the cob and fries. This was really, really good. It was just what I wanted - and I couldn't even finish it! The fries were crisp. The chicken had just enough sauce and was juicy, but the breast was a tad dry...but even the corn on the cob had seasoning! Yum. -Chicken & Waffles - I only tried a bite of the waffle, which was soft & crisp at the same time. A perfect waffle. Hubby ate it all! Haven't tried dessert but they all sounded yummy. Maybe next time! Prices were really fair and "cheap" (not in a bad way, but lots of restaurants have raised their prices a lot and this one hasn't). Ambiance lacked since the lights were basically turned off and the paint was worn away where the chairs scraped it. When we were leaving, we noticed our waiter was the ONLY waiter AND he was managing the bar. I think the wait had to do with staff shortage and I felt bad for him. Note: We have been here once before a year ago (when there were Covid restrictions) where I had chicken tenders (I think) and hubby had the cheesesteak. Both were really good. A good local place to visit (and they're open late!!). We will definitely be back.
