I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.

I'm genuinely disappointed to be writing this review because I was really looking forward to trying out Pink Sassy Nails. With all the great reviews I found online, it seemed like the perfect spot to get my nails done. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. I first decided to visit Pink Sassy Nails after reading so many glowing reviews. Excited to check it out, I made my way to the salon, only to find it closed. There was no sign on the door explaining why they weren't open or when they might reopen. I thought maybe it was just a one-time thing, so I decided to give them another chance a few days later. To my surprise and disappointment, when I returned, the salon was once again closed. This time, I was more than annoyed. Two trips, both wasted, and still no nails done. Since then, I've driven by the salon several times at different hours of the day, and I have yet to see it open. It's confusing because, with the reviews they have, you'd think they'd be open during regular business hours. In an attempt to get some clarity, I reached out to Pink Sassy Nails via Facebook. I sent them a message, hoping to find out their hours of operation or at least get a response. Unfortunately, they never replied. Not a single word. It's incredibly frustrating to try and support a local business only to be met with silence and closed doors. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll ever bother trying again. There are plenty of other salons in the area that are not only open but also responsive to their customers. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to becoming a regular at Pink Sassy Nails, but they've made it impossible. If you're considering giving them a try, I'd suggest you think twice. Based on my experience, you might find yourself standing in front of a locked door with no idea when--or if--they'll ever open. If they can't be bothered to keep their doors open during business hours or respond to potential customers, it's hard to trust them with something as important as your nails. I hope they can get their act together, but for now, I can't recommend Pink Sassy Nails to anyone. read more

I had a great experience at Pink Sassy Nails! The technicians were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I got a gel mani, gel pedicure, and an underarm wax. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of service was pretty good overall. My underarm wax was smooth and clean, but I do wish they had cleaned under my toenails a bit more during the pedicure and trimmed them shorter. The store is nicely decorated, though it can be a little hard to find. It's located in the main building, right next to the barbershop. There's another nail place in a smaller building in the same plaza, but it didn't look as great. I'm so glad they were able to accommodate me, and I'll definitely be coming back! read more
