Really hate to leave a bad review.. but my time is so valuable and my friend and I have a hard time aligning our schedules. We made an appointment for 2 pedicures DAYS in advance and upon arrival we were greeted and recognized as the ones that made an appointment. We were told to sit in chairs that had no service signs taped to them. One lady filled both basins and got to work on my friends feet. My feet sat in the water for so long the water became cold and my toes were raisins. After an hour of sitting and waiting for service, I decided not to get a pedicure here. My friend finished hers and the color is cute but she thinks she'll get an ingrown toenail from the way the nail tech dug at her nails. Seems like they treat their regular walk ins well. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU ARE RISKING STAPH INFECTION ! my full experience explained below i came in for a pedicure, which is a service i'm usually not very choosy about. when i got inside the facility there were two women working. On my way! older and one younger, i assumed the older one to be the business owner. when i walked in the older woman was doing the younger ones nails, they asked me to wait and said it would only be a few minutes. mind you, i did call ahead to make sure they would have time and availability for my service. So they sat me down in the pedicure chair, and I waited. Five minutes turned to 1010 minutes turned 15 in 15 minutes turned to 20 and I sat patiently waiting still. Finally the older woman motions to the younger one to come over and get started with my service. She walks over and begins filling the tub with water, the older one also walks over and asked me exactly what service I would be getting today. I told her I was there for the classic pedicure and I saw a sign on their wall that featured their add-ons. They had a callous treatment edition for seven dollars so I let the woman know that I wanted to get the callus treatment as well. She began to ask me if I wanted to get a paraffin wax treatment which I declined she then told me I could only get the Calus treatment if I got the paraffin wax treatment to trying to upsell me I went ahead and refused both. the younger woman began my service and she was incredibly rough with my feet, using the pumice stone extremely abrasively on the arch of my foot. so much so i had to ask her to stop and tell her i would just use my own pumice stone at home because she was hurting me so much. even after me telling her to stop she tried to continue, and i had to tell her no and to stop multiple other times. she used the drill on the surface of my toenails to remove my cuticles and cut me in multiple spots. i got extremely worried at this point, because i started to check their yelp reviews and saw multiple people have contracted infections from this place. i also saw that she was pulling her tools out of a little tin and not a sanitized bag that had come out of a autoclave. i saw her use drill bits on my toes and cuticle cutters and then put them straight back into the same place she originally pulled them from. finally my service was over after getting my gel applied. the younger lady met me up at the counter and said the service was 45, and i was confused because that price didn't match the prices they had listed on the wall inside. so i asked "45?" and the older woman yells across the room in a very rude tone "GEL POLISH 45". i just say okay and pull out my card and pay. next i ask them "do you guys sanitize your tools?" and the younger woman gets visibly angry with me, i tell her "because you cut me and i don't want to get an infection." at this point the younger woman starts to ARGUE with me that she DIDNT cut me. i was dumbfounded. the older woman comes up and asks to see the cut and i show her, she pulls some bottle from the nail cart and tries to apply it to my toe and i tell her not to. she tries to apply it anyway and i repeatedly tell her no i don't want whatever she is trying to apply to it. i think it was tea tree oil? the bottle was visibly dirty and damaged. to sum all of this up my experience here was absolutely horrible, and i was left fearing that i would soon get a staph infection as others have experienced from this places dirty unsanitary tools that get reused on clients without sanitization in between. please save your money and time and go somewhere safer. wanted to add they actually give people discounts for writing good yelp reviews, so PLEASE, do not believe everything you see on here. read more

She told me that her cousin can do my nails and I wanted to try them out. I was on a one hour lunch break and it took over two hours. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and a facial, and I'm very pleased! The salon is very open and welcoming. The ladies who did my mani & pedi worked quickly and did a good job. Then I got a facial with Michelle, and boy did it hurt to get all those black heads and white heads out, but I am SO glad we did it! Finished it off with a soothing mask and some electro massage thing which I have never done before in my life so we have yet to see the results! Every tool was sanitized. After the facial I noticed my thumb nail had gotten all sticky and I asked if it could be fixed and Michelle went above and beyond and not only fixed that nail but touched up ALL of them in about ten mins. I rarely leave reviews here on Yelp or any other website, but feel for the safety of others I must. I went to M Pedicure and Spa ans had gel put on my finger nails and had a basic pedicure. A few days later my pinky nail was hurting really bad and kept me awake all night. I went to urgent care the next day and they wanted to lance my finger/nail because of the infection. We tried antibiotics first and tested the puss from my nail. At this point a big puss bubble was coming out of the corner of my nail every hour and I was in bad pain. The results came back and I had a MRSA staph infection. I took the antibiotics and now have to bathe every member of my family in a prescription body wash and put antibiotics in our noses for weeks. We have to do this to "decolonize" the MRSA from the members in my family. After the OWNER, Michelle, did my nails I noticed that she was taking tools out of a plastic box that was labeled "DIRTY TOOLS"! I was going to say something, but she left the salon while my nails were drying. After I was diagnosed with the MRSA, I called the owner, Michelle, and she did not care. She gave me back the $80 for my nails (which she told me I was overcharged $20 by her worker) and told me to leave. I then wanted to be reimbursed for my doctors copay and medications and she would only give me part of the money back ($60). She also REFUSED to give me her insurance information. This was a miserable experience and I want to let EVERYONE know to stay away from this salon. The service is terrible and it is dirty. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and my nails looked horrible. She couldn't even do the basic design that I asked for and my nails were so thick and chunky. I'm only leaving 1 star because it doesn't allow me to leave less than one. My mom and I decided to try this place today because it's new to us and we figured we'd give it a shot. We walked in and must've stood near the register for a good 10 minutes before the only woman in the building finally came out. We told her that we wanted two pedicures, so she quickly got on the phone to call someone. The place was completely empty. Within minutes, a woman whom I believe to be the owner walked in from the Noodle restaurant next door. Immediately she begins to tell my mom that she can not have her service dog (wearing a clear SERVICE ANIMAL vest) in the salon. We proceeded to inform her that she was a service dog and by law, she could not refuse her service. She didn't seem to agree and instantly got on her phone. The dog stayed. She and the other woman begin to fill our pedicure bowls with ice cold water. Mine only gets filled maybe a quarter of the way by the First lady we met, and it's freezing. That woman worked on my toes, and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. It was as if she had never done a pedicure in her entire life. I asked for plain black polish, with a basic pedicure. I asked the woman to use caution around my right big toe, as I had an injury there that was finally healing. The owner then told me that I had an ingrown toenail, and she would "fix" it. I pleaded with her not to touch it, and yet she continued to insist that she was going to "fix" it. Finally my nails get painted, and the women switch places. The owner begins to literally dig into the side of my toe, which instantly becomes inflamed and bloody. It was excruciating. I asked her not to touch it, but she clearly didn't listen. The more she persisted, the worse it got. She attempted to stop the bleeding with numerous different things, but my toe was killing me. I told her "please stop, I'd really like to be able to walk when I leave here!" The pictures I posted are of my toes hours later. No, the polish is not glittered. Those are bubbles! Every toe has them, and they look horrendous. They look like they were done by a 5yr old. My big toe hurts so bad that I haven't been able to put on closed toed shoes for the rest of the day. So incredibly disappointed in this place that I had high hopes for. read more

The Salon it's self is pretty inside, the lady nice but actual service horrible. The lady was doing my big toes and she cut the ends deep and caused me to bleed and she attempted to stop the bleeding by adding glue on top which didn't work she would clean it with a super hot wet towel and put glue on it again as an attempt to stop it bleeding again. Overral one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten so painful and the woman didn't even bother apologizing or giving me a discount. Won't ever be getting a pedicure again here. read more

Very clean space, but I regret getting my nails done here. Michelle is kind, talented, and amazing, but needs to hire better nail techs. There was only 3 other customers there when I went and it still took over a half an hour to be seen. The nails werent horrible, but were uneven with lumps, the lines were not clean, and started lifting the next day. Even when i have taken my mom and sister to be waxed it takes a very long time (longer than any other salon we have been to) every single time to be seen. The first time I went in I had a wonderful experience, the second time I went in to get a refill was horrible. I was in pain the whole time they did my nails, first they grinded the nail polish off cutting me once and making my real nail red. The grinded my the acrylic completely off and down to my real nail leaving it red.Then the nail tech sent me to another person so she can start the refill and she cut me twice, she didn't listen to what I wanted even though I showed her a picture. I left with 3 cuts on 3 different fingers, very sore fingers and nail polish was left on the sides of my fingers. I was NOT HAPPY. My nails came out Ok. I still wouldn't go back. I am never one to leave negative reviews, but after what I have gone through since going to this spa, I feel I should warn others. A couple days after getting acrylic nails put on at this location, I noticed a bump that looked red and swollen on the side of my finger. I did some research online and decided I better get it looked at by a specialist. I was able to get in to see a dermatologist within a couple of days afterwards who confirmed it was an infection that was likely caused by unsanitary nail tools being used. I have had to go 3 times so far to get a treatment on that area on my finger. Mind you not only is it painful to get it froze, I have to pay $35 every-time I go! Not only did I have an issue with my finger, but I also got a bacterial infection on my big toe, which I now have to apply topical cream on it twice a day and wait for the nail to grow out. It had started to turn a discolored blue, and hurt!! I love to support local businesses, but after this experience I will be more cautious about where I go. I hope this business makes it a point to properly sanitize their tools and etc to avoid making other clients go through this hell!! *Note there is another review for this place where a lady got a staph infection whom I reached out to. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to checking this place out. Lesson learned for future reference. read more

I only got a pedicure. It was awful the lady made my cuticle bleed and that toe hurt for two days afterwards. This is suppose to be a relaxing experience and I was in pain the whole time because the lady consistently kept working on my already bleeding toe nail. I was nice and gave the lady a tip but I would truly suggest not going to this place. Once I got home I had to apply peroxide to my still bleeding cuticle to keep from it getting infected. Not only did she cut me, she cut my nails wrong and painted my nails horrible . Huy no longer works there so I opened to making appointments with Rachel who is Michelle's colleague of 20+ years. She does great work but bad attitude. The biggest problem I had up until today was the color of nails being wrong or them charging me an absurd price for something I get every month. Today I made an appointment for 230 and wasn't seen until 3. That was the first red flag. But Michelle was going to do my nails so I felt good about it.
