I have had many experiences with brow shaping and waxing where I have left feeling like my brows were over waxed or uneven and then would spend months working to regrow them. The salon was clean and inviting and I felt so comfortable throughout my entire service. I also appreciate being able to easily book/manage appointments online. All in all, Plush Studio is 5 stars - 10/10! Hands down the best spot to go for your brows if you're in the Morgan Hill area!

My BFF had flare ups like me from normal waxxing and started going to Valeria because it didn't cause her skin to flare up after, due to how they use sugaring. I already drive to MH to get my nails done, so I didn't mind going to another place for eyebrows too. I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now. The sisters are really great to work with and they both make it super comfortable for me, even though I have major social anxiety issues. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and…read morespecifically asked for a pink color. When I got home, I noticed the color was not what I had asked for, so I came back today hoping they could simply change the color. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a color change because I had just gotten a full pedicure the day before. Despite this, they still made me pay for the entire pedicure again. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.
