The company sent two texts to me prior to the service confirming my appointment and then they cancel the day-of? I will say they let me know there was an earlier appointment available (45mins earlier) but again with a newborn I can't just drop what I'm doing. They need a better system in place for technician call offs.

My BFF had flare ups like me from normal waxxing and started going to Valeria because it didn't cause her skin to flare up after, due to how they use sugaring. I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now. When I got home, I noticed the color was not what I had asked for, so I came back today hoping they could simply change the color. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a color change because I had just gotten a full pedicure the day before. Despite this, they still made me pay for the entire pedicure again. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.
