When I got home, I noticed the color was not what I had asked for, so I came back today hoping they could simply change the color. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a color change because I had just gotten a full pedicure the day before. Despite this, they still made me pay for the entire pedicure again. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.

It rained hard today before my appointment and I came in anyway because I'd already made the appointment. Christina is such a sweetheart. I told her I was going to Starbucks afterwards to get work done out of the rain and she refused to accept tip and said to use it for coffee. She pointed out my previous stylist had cut my hair unevenly, with the right side of my hair slightly longer than my left. She knows her stuff. Just texted Jimmy to let him know how great she is.
