The company sent two texts to me prior to the service confirming my appointment and then they cancel the day-of? I will say they let me know there was an earlier appointment available (45mins earlier) but again with a newborn I can't just drop what I'm doing. They need a better system in place for technician call offs.

My BFF had flare ups like me from normal waxxing and started going to Valeria because it didn't cause her skin to flare up after, due to how they use sugaring. I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now.
