I got a Korean lash lift here last week and I'm so impressed with the results! Kelly was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My eyes are usually pretty sensitive, but the products used caused very little irritation- which was a pleasant surprise. I'm thinking of sticking with lash lifts from now on instead of going back to extensions, especially with a good lash serum in my routine. I went to the lash attic for lash extensions. The space was stylish and inviting.There were good reviews for the owner, but she wasn't the person who applied my lashes. The technician that worked with me was polite. I asked if I could see the types of lashes, but wasn't shown any. So I kinda described what I was looking for and allowed the technician to do the work. The end product wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I could live with it and I appreciated getting the appointment so quickly. I paid, I tipped, and left. Two hours later lashes began to fall across the path of vision of my right eye. (And no, I didn't get the lashes wet, or rub them or disturb them in any way.) the lashes continued to shed over the next few days, the right eye had significantly fewer lashes left at the end of the week than the left eye. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because the person who serviced me was only a part time technician there and I probably should have cancelled the appointment when she was unable to show me the different selection of lashes. I do not want to damage the reputation of the owner or her business, but if she is highly skilled and worthy of the high ratings, I hope that in the future, she ensures that anyone working in her business is equally skilled. The high ratings I saw were specifically for the owner, I should not have assumed that those ratings could be applied to the anyone working in the business as a whole. read more

Been getting lash extensions from Kelly since last summer after moving to the area from the city. I was looking for someone with great reviews, located nearby, and hours that fit my schedule. First off, her spot is so charming and chic with lots of parking! When I first met Kelly, she was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and I just knew that she would become my go-to lash girl. It took a couple of visits to determine the best length for me given I do wear glasses but she does work with your preference and comfort. Due to the preferred shorter length, Kelly is able to volumize my lashes just enough to my liking and I always leave The Lash Attic feelin' good as hell! I get my lashes filled every 2-3 weeks depending on my upcoming scheduled events. I have had it last almost a month and they still looked great; so that says a lot and I don't do much to retain them! I do take a 2-3 month break every so often to allow my natural lashes to breathe. But best believe, I do count down the weeks/months when I'll get relashed again by Kelly. She has been such an amazing person I've gotten to know and I cannot wait to try the other services she now offers at The Lash Attic. So, don't sleep on it, get them lashes done with Kelly, you won't regret it! read more

I was a loyal lash attic customer and was doing my lashes every two weeks. Beautiful clean salon. I took a break and decided to get them for special occasions only. I had booked an appointment for an evening slot after work weeks in advance because I was in a wedding out of town. Literally the night before, Kelley texted me asking if I can come in earlier. I work full time and can't just leave work whenever I want. I told her sorry , but I needed to keep my time alot. She basically said too bad in a more polite way and said she can try to book me a different day. If you don't want to take evening appointments, then don't offer them. I had to leave the next morning for my flight to be in the wedding and I was the only bridesmaid without lashes. I didn't have time to find anyone else with less than 24 hour notice. Super disappointed because I liked it here but never again will I book with her. read more
