I had a great experience for getting a facial for the first time in over 20 years! And yes my face needed it! I was greeted with enthusiasm when I walked in and all the ladies there were nice. Great and safe service provided by Katlyn at Beauty Room. The day spa is located in a cozy business complex with plenty of parking. Visit was by appointment (also required a simple form be filled out electronically the day before). I was asked to text upon arrival to be allowed in then led to a super clean and charmingly decorated room in the super clean day spa. Katlyn wore gloves and her face mask (I also wore my mask) during the sugaring appointment. The sugar is room temperature and the least ouch I've ever experienced for hair removal, highly recommend sugaring over waxing. Katlyn is fast, efficient and extremely skilled in her craft!
