Theres no way she can justify that my hair was dead enough to warrant that bc i had gotten a haircut from her a couple months before and she noted I had very healthy hair. Very disappointed she decided to turn my hair into something she wanted and completely disrespect my decision. I have been growing my hair for years and for her to cut it so that it is shorter than it was a whole year ago when i wanted half an inch of really sucks. Do not go to Judy if you Don't want her to cut multiple more inches than you ask for. I really thought she was a good hairdresser at first but now I have no trust in her and would not come back.

I was in the dressing room and overheard her make several comments about other women's bodies. This woman would be an HR nightmare in any other place of work. I won't be back, I'm not putting money in the pocket of someone who presents herself like that. No thanks!

We came to Santa Cruz for a sister vacation. The weather weeks before had been STUNNING however…read morefor our trip the first three days rained. That's ok a girl can pivot so we decided to do facials. I found Luna Beauty through yelp, and we booked two facials with Alexandra for one hour. Our plan was to go back to back. When we arrived we both wanted to add dermaplane and Alexandra recommended the 90 min oxygen facial. My sister and I agreed so we ended up splitting days. My sister had hers first and she was glowing. My sister said that she and Alexandra chatted a bit but mostly just quiet during the treatment. For me, Alexandra and I had some casual conversation up until the massage point. So if you're a girly who likes silence or a girly who can chat Alexandra will meet the energy. What I liked the most was the heated bed (!!), but mostly and the care Alexandra took to make sure my skin was not reactive. I tend to flush and she was conscientious about that for my treatment. It was my favorite facial experience to date and I've booked her already for May and June. Yes I'm traveling to her!! Self care weekends for life!

One of the biggest things I look for in an injector is experience, and that's exactly why I continue to see her. With 13 years of injecting experience, she has the knowledge, technique and judgment that only come from treating patients day after day, year after year. She always takes the time to listen, never recommends treatments I don't need, and her goal has always been to enhance my features while keeping everything natural. I know I'm in good hands every time I sit in her chair and I honestly don't trust my face with anyone else. She won't over inject you and she has the belief that "we can always add more" which is comforting because I know I she has my best interest in mind not her wallet.

I have been getting Botox for over 10 years and periodically do filler in my lips as well; Jillian is the first person to ever provide a comfortable almost completely painless experience with both of these treatments. Which is especially notable when it comes to lip filler. I also greatly appreciate that Jillian always provides a thorough and honest consultation that is focused on what is best for me without any pushy sales tactics. Having an injector you can completely trust, is knowledgeable, and highly skilled is hard to find and I can truly say Jillian embodies all of these things.
