I'm updating my review because I've now been seeing Jillian for over 5 years and if anything....my trust in her has only grown. One of the biggest things I look for in an injector is experience, and that's exactly why I continue to see her. With 13 years of injecting experience, she has the knowledge, technique and judgment that only come from treating patients day after day, year after year. She always takes the time to listen, never recommends treatments I don't need, and her goal has always been to enhance my features while keeping everything natural. I know I'm in good hands every time I sit in her chair and I honestly don't trust my face with anyone else. She won't over inject you and she has the belief that "we can always add more" which is comforting because I know I she has my best interest in mind not her wallet. read more

The Beauty Method - Post Botox and laser treatments w/ Jillian. I'm in my 40's and she's helping me take care of my skin! - Medical Spas Near Me - Aptos, California

I cannot recommend The Beauty Method enough, Jillian is truly amazing! Jillian is such an artist who listens to your goals and delivers flawless natural-looking results. I have been getting Botox for over 10 years and periodically do filler in my lips as well; Jillian is the first person to ever provide a comfortable almost completely painless experience with both of these treatments. Which is especially notable when it comes to lip filler. I also greatly appreciate that Jillian always provides a thorough and honest consultation that is focused on what is best for me without any pushy sales tactics. Having an injector you can completely trust, is knowledgeable, and highly skilled is hard to find and I can truly say Jillian embodies all of these things. read more

Fantastic. Jillian is talented warm and assertive in her injection technique. I found Jillian a long time ago through places she worked in the area from Yelp and it landed me at her own studio which is absolutely adorable! She's incredibly knowledgeable on all Injectables, very professional, so sweet, and keeps me looking young and never overdoes my dysport. Beyond stoked I found someone local and don't have to go over the hill anymore. She's the best!!!! read more

It's very rare to find a gifted and extremely talented injectables nurse in the Bay Area who doesn't go overboard with fillers and Botox. Jillian really and truly "gets" aesthetics and is very responsible in her approach with her patients. I now have seen six of her patients who have followed her from her last doctor's office to her new private clinic for fillers and Botox. No "duck lips" and no bruising!!! I know that three of them travel over two hours for their appointments with Jillian. Her quality of work, her attention to aesthetic detail, and her honest expertise make her a leader in her field. I would not hesitate to refer any of my clients to her based on her incredibly natural filler and Botox results I've seen now time and time again. read more

I have been having lip filler and Botox done by Jillian for about the past 4 years. She always does such a wonderful job and always leaves my lips looking very beautiful, but at the same time very natural. I was very afraid to have my lips done the first time, but she reassured me we would start with very minimal and go up from there if needed and they were perfect. When I tell people I get my lips done they always want to know who I go to because they don't look overdone like a lot of other offices tend to do. Jillian is very knowledgeable with her expertise and very personable. I love that she works in Carmel once a week so I can also see her there. Both locations are very clean and sanitary as well. read more

I've been following Jillian from different studios, and I'm thrilled she has her own place locally! Jillian is so talented and makes me feel like a new woman after visiting her salon. She makes me look years younger, naturally with Botox. The salon is beautiful and private with plenty of parking. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Jillian. On my last visit, I had to bring my daughter along, Jillian was extremely accommodating. read more

I am so glad I found Jillian and Novella Aesthetic Studio! I am 57 and have been doing Botox on my forehead and crows feet for a few years. I became frustrated with the results I was receiving elsewhere and after searching Yelp, I found Jillian. She is extremely professional, thorough, caring, attentive, and careful (especially now with Covid). Jillian truly took the time to address my concerns and what I was looking for from my results and came up with the perfect outcome. Thank you Jillian! read more

Jillian is an expert at injecting Botox and fillers. I have followed her from Cupertino to Monterey to Aptos for the past 4 years. Jillian is patient, friendly and caring. She won't try and sell you services you don't need- I like that she is conservative and listens to what you actually want. Her office is spotless and easy to find, right next to Hideout. You can use your brilliant distinction points here to get deals on Botox and other products. read more

I've been a long-term client of Jillian, so excited that she has opened her own aesthetic studio. Jillian is by far the most skilled aesthetic nurse I have encountered. She always gets me amazing results that look natural (Botox) and gave me very successful laser treatments for my melasma. The medical director, Dr. Barnard, is a very renowned dermatologist. If you're considering treating yourself to an aesthetic treatment, go to Jillian at Novella. You won't be disappointed! read more

I've had several Botox and IPL procedure done at Novella, Jillian is really one of the best at them. Painless injections with really good results. Also, after years in the sun and not taking the best care of my skin she has me on a skin care regimen which has made me look years younger. You should not go anywhere else, no hard selling or up selling just great results. read more

Jillian is amazing! I was going to a place in Los Gatos for a while but wasn't super impressed with the nurse. I am a bit needle phobic and with Jillian I can't even feel her injections for Botox. I look forward to my filler appointment as I have a feeling that will also be much less painful than before. She's all about natural results and has no interest in the trendy fillers that can be dangerous. He warm and gentle Spirit is the cherry on top. I won't go anywhere else unless I have to move. I'd probably still travel to see her! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Jillian at Novella. The space is welcoming and charming and the service I received was top notch. The results were better than I could have asked for and I am now hooked on the Skinceuticals products that were thoughtfully chosen just for my skin type. read more

Hmmm! Tucked away in a forest of California redwoods you walk into a charming little room greeted by Jillian the nurse. Since my friend and I represent senior citizens we both decided to have injections of fillers in our face. After carefully reviewing the possible side effects we were taken into another room where the transformation was to occur. I was the first to experience what cosmetic fillers actually accomplishes. With gentle precision Jillian began the task of turning back the clock on my face. The procedure involved tiny pin pricks of the magical solution into wrinkles around my mouth and chin. The results will not be completely noticeable until approximately three weeks but even within three days I could see improvements. The price is quite expensive $650.00 for one treatment of which four treatments are required for maximum results. Would I recommend this beautifying establishment to you? The answer is definitely! read more
