This review is not for me but for my father. He had been extremely ill for 10 days and was severely dehydrated. We got him to this place and they put 2 bags in him (not sure which cocktail) and it helped him immensely! Any time he's gotten sick since, he goes and gets the same thing and it always cuts the sickness time in half. It's more than just a iv bag from the ER (which coats insane amounts of money). **Be Aware** I've had great experiences here in the past, so I hate to complain, but my visit on 1/21/26 was disappointing. I arrived at 11:55 am for a Myers IV. Right away, I was reminded that they take lunch at 1:00 pm. Since my previous sessions lasted about 45-50 minutes, I felt comfortable proceeding. During the IV insertion, it was painful, which hadn't happened before. After that, the nurse did not check on me at all during the session. My IV finished in about 30 minutes, much faster than past visits, and my arm was burning and swelling. When I mentioned this, the nurse said she may have missed the vein, but that I would still "benefit" from the vitamins. I received no apology or reassurance--just gauze and was sent on my way. My advice: don't book appointments close to their lunch break, as the care felt rushed and inattentive. read more

The receptionist seemed like a high school dropout ((and not the good kind )) He cracked his lips just long enough to get our names and birthdates as he scrolled the dry erase marker across the check in form. (I think he spelled my name correctly, but why didn't I give a fake birthdate just for shits and giggles!?) After telling him I had never been here (or to any B12 clinic) he asked if we would like to speak to the nurse. Since HE couldn't expand on any information already posted on the "B12 menu," he called for her. When she arrived (clearly in the middle of a break as she was still chewing her food), I felt like I was in a remedial reading group as she scrolled her finger across the B12 menu to read the description to me as if I hadn't already. Word for word. No intonation. No expression. She couldn't expand upon ANYTHING, yet was going to inject me with a B12 substance in just a few minutes. Energy. Mood. Immunity. I CAN READ. If it wasn't a "happy hour" deal of $15 I wouldn't peaced out. The injection didn't hurt at all alas, I'm still awaiting the effects. read more
