I was originally told I would see some results in 2-3 days. When I saw no result on day 3 I called them and they said "no, you misunderstood and I would see results in 14 days and that Botox does not remove the line". This was a ridiculous statement to give me AFTER I spent $250 as I would have never done the treatment if I had been told this. That was the whole reason I did the so-called "treatment"! It is day 13 and guess what...ZERO results! After multiple emails to them they have not responded to any of my questions on what they do in the event their treatment does not work. This is a RIP OFF!! For $250 you would think that if the customer saw no results a refund would be given or some sort of other option. When I finally spoke to someone and was unhappy with their non-response to my emails I had Erik Cohen get on the phone and say "when your check bounces I will call the district attorney and sue you". Guess Erik doesn't understand that for $250 he would have to take me to small claims court.

I can be overly picky and detail-oriented, to a fault, but Jaeny exceeded even my highest expectations--which I don't even realistically expect to be met especially having undergone these procedures so many times before with other providers at other businesses, etc. I'm rating this business and Jaeny 5 stars, first and foremost, because of the level of unmatched skill (in my opinion), experience, and expertise that Jaeny brings, which showed in the results I've achieved, and secondarily, I'm rating this business 5 stars, because certain values/traits such as honesty, integrity and customer service are just as important to me. Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. Pricing itself isn't necessarily my utmost concern (I'm willing to pay more for above and beyond results), but price transparency, consistency, and overall honesty in dealings and practices as a business are so vitally important to me, on personal principles, and it was apparent from my very first interaction with the business that this is exactly how they operate. (They also happen to offer very reasonable and market-aligned pricing, along with discounted packages, etc., for those wondering.) I want to conclude with my sincerest compliments and gratitude to the one-and-only Jaeny (because you are so uniquely skilled at what you do) for thoroughly indulging me by listening to everything I had to say, and what I was looking to achieve, looking at all of the photos I brought in, lol--going above and beyond to truly understand what I was looking to accomplish, and then fulfilling each and every single one of my expectations, beyond what I had hoped. I'm so glad I found this place and I look forward to coming back!
