I came here based off of the reviews, and wish I had not. The first red flag should have been when my tech didn't ask a single question about my goals. My eyebrows have been completed butchered and look ridiculous. She took SO much off the space in between my brows, which was literally perfect prior to coming here. I look like a cartoon. Not to mention the hairs all going in random directions, some sticking straight out, AFTER having a lamination. This will takes months to correct. read more

I had my lashes lifted and my brows shaped by Cassidy and they came out AMAZING. I couldn't stop telling people about them and I got so many compliments. I also saw that they had somebody come in once a month to do Botox so had that done and I can not tell you how awesome it is. The salon is very welcoming and comfortable. I requested Mackenzie and she was very nice, accommodating and highly skilled. I scheduled using the easy online scheduling tool. I found it easy and convenient. I chose the combination lash tint, lash lift and brow tint. Mackenzie was very detailed and made sure the tinting and shaping was what I wanted. The salon is clean and comfortable. Mackenzie is a really nice stylist and seems to care about her clients. She did an awesome job. My 15 ear old daughter thought I looked great! Oh my goodness! Such an amazing experience! First off the inside of her salon is so beautiful, pink everything, a girls best friend. The chair you lay in during the extension process is so comfy cozy it's ridiculous. She does a wonderful job putting the lashes on so easy and pretty darn quick! My lashes turned out ok, although they started shedding three days after my appointment. I spent 200$ and expected a clean salon, but the woman was very rude about my choice to wear a mask, and she didn't even wear shoes!!!! She didn't ask what I wanted, and brushed me off because of my age. I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment and didn't even get an apology. There are much cheaper places with better quality lashes, would not recommend. read more

This review is for lash extensions only. I visited Ooh la Lashes for the 1st time because I couldn't get into my normal lash studio. Over all, I was pleased with the experience until I got home and realized parts of my lashes had all been glued together on my left eye. I've been getting lash extensions for 3+ years now and have never experienced this. I'm hoping it doesn't cause damage to my natural lashes. The quality of their synthetic lashes also doesn't seem as high as other studios I've been too as they're stiff and course feeling. read more
