This spray tan service is absolutely incredible! They arrived on time and had everything set up in our backyard within minutes. The technician was kind, professional, and made both my husband and me feel completely comfortable--especially since it was his very first spray tan in preparation for our vacation. Unfortunately, I was running late to my own appointment and didn't want to keep her waiting, so I ended up skipping it--even though she was kind enough to reassure me it was no problem. Let me just say: I deeply regret that decision. My husband's tan looked flawless and lasted more than two weeks--far longer than mine. I decided to park behind the business in a public lot to avoid whatever traffic might be on Monterey Street. DO NOT GO HERE I had booked an appointment for a belly buster promotion for June 20th at 10AM. I was super excited to get this done because I've been following them for a while. Everything was booked and I was going to be out of town for my cousins wedding and this would be perfect to get right before. I put $20 of gas in since it is a 35 min drive and got to place and I won't lie I did get lost cause my gpa found the parking lot but not the place. I txt the people I can't find the place but managed to find it anyway. So as I showed up I noticed the place was closed. I called the number on the door no answer I DM their IG page and no answer, I receive a txt and had someone messaged me let me contact the person who you had an appointment with and I said ok. 15 mins passed and still no answer until I opened my IG ( I don't have the notifications on IG) and saw a message from them saying they mixed up the dates thinking it would be tomorrow. HOW! Don't you guys have a calendar to put on people's appointments? I got super upset and told them to give me my refund along with $20 since I waisted my time, gas, and patience with them. No I will not go back even with the 25% off discount you sent me, everyone will know even my friends and family member who live in Gilroy will tell everyone to never come here! I find it upsetting how after my review and I'm pretty sure it dropped their rating, they had to post 3 more good ratings just to maintain a high 4.5 star ratings. I took the eyelash extensions course & it was amazing! These girls gave me everything I needed to start my career as a lash artist. Live lash model, full kit, amazing talent! They showed me multiple techniques of how to fan. Their manual had everything I needed to know for reference purposes but they went over everything during the training course anyways. This is for rating for stylist, Kimberly Lupercio was MIA. No call or text. Appointment had been scheduled through Schedulicity. Received confirmation and even a reminder. I show up, waited and other stylist attempted to text her 15 minutes later I ended up leaving as I had rearranged schedule and even if she had showed would not have enough time. When I booked my appointment, she instructed me on everything I needed to know and do before and after the day of my tan. She met me at my aunts house and set up her tanning tent. I have to say that I am very impressed with my eyelash lift. I was very scared because I had a bad experience before at a different company and was hesitant to do one again. The two stars they do get is because Lauren was very nice, however there was multiple things that went so wrong. First, there was a schedule mix up, which happens sometimes. I know because I used to do appointments for 2 medical esthetician's who also did lashes. Anyways, so we compromised on an earlier time. (Sat.) The volume lash appointment was a little over an hour in a half which I thought was a little fast but my lashes looked good initially. (Also there wasn't a consultation or aftercare instructions) next day I already have fallout, a very decent amount of fallout. This didn't happen when I've had lashes before. And it looked like some fans were a stuck together. I tried to contact her immediately and she never answered, so I called on Monday talked to another girl and she said they would get back to me. They didn't answer until Wednesday so at this point I have lashes drooping and even more fallout. They offered to take a look at my lashes but couldn't accommodate my schedule so I ended up getting 50% back. It's been a little over a week and it looks like I've had them much longer than that and am in serious need of a fill. Yesterday and today I was brushing them and one extension fell out along with a few of my eyelashes so it wasn't glued on one of my lashes but a few of them which isn't proper technique. Maybe she just rushed this time because I see good reviews but I would be cautious if you choose to get your lashes done here. read more

Let me start by saying that Jolene is a godsend! I had my eyebrows microbladed/tattooed years ago by someone else. Unfortunately, the work wasn't all that great, but tolerable enough for me to deal with for a few years. I looked around for a salon which did spray tans and was unable to find one that sprayed actual tan, instead of orange. Until I came across Golden a Goddess. So I booked a last minute appointment with Alexis for a wedding I was going to the next day. She was so sweet, walked me through every step. I felt comfortable right when I met her. She has a warming welcome right from the start and you can tell she loves what she does. My tan came out wonderful, I went 10% and it was just right not too dark and not too light. i see all good reviews on here about luxe and i hate that mine has to be the bad one. i booked an appointment for eyelash lift and i came back to the salon 2 days later because my lashes didnt curl. a nice girl told me to.contact them on instagram since it was where i had made my appointment. i told her what had happened and she said she would do it again when she was back in town so asked if i could just get my money back since i was about to stary my second job and wouldnt have time to go in and i wanted the lash lift before instarted the second job... she responded days later and said she could only do 50% back and a free lash lift or spray tan...i asked again if she was able to do it wed. or thurs. morning and until today she never responded back. its a very nice salon and their hair work looks amazing but i was very dissapointed that i had this experience. i paid 85 for a lash lift that didnt lift.... i will definatly keep going to my regular lash girl in san jose. read more
