I had difficulty finding pricing, so decided to take a picture to help others out. I got the gel pedicure #2 and they did a wonderful job. They do require tip and will ask about it which I found odd? All the employees are friendly and communicate well enough to the deliver the intended service. Although they have a solid collection of workers, one employee is exceptional. If you ever have the chance to schedule Rose for a manicure or a pedicure, consider yourself lucky. She has this delightful way and friendly demeanor which keep me coming back. It sounds a bit gross, but she has an incredible sense of gentleness and simultaneous aggression when digging out stubborn ingrown toenails. I have had to get ingrown toenails surgically removed before and I would swear to it that Rose has a more expert touch than some podiatrists I have met! I usually come here to get my nails done by Hannah, who does a great job, but she's not always available, so I'll go with whoever is. There's one nail technician, possibly the manager, who isn't very friendly. She's impatient, doesn't speak to you, and the experience feels uncomfortable. If I see that she's going to do my nails, I usually leave and come back another time. Sitting for an hour with someone who doesn't seem to enjoy their job makes it worse. After a long work week, I felt like spoiling myself with some fresh new nails. I went on with long, healthy nails that haven't seen a salon since March. All I wanted was jell French tips to look polished and keep my nails healthy, avoiding acrylics. Unfortunately, I ended up with this.... they filed my nails all the way down and then put a thick French tip to make my long nails look like nubs. When I asked them to paint over this, they told me it would be $20 to remove and another $85 to repaint. Reminder all I got was jel. After saying fine, just take it off. I can't walk around like like this the owner said ok we won't charge you." But then they proceeded to ignore me and talk about me and make me feel extremely uncomfortable, so I walked out and took my business to royal nails down the street. Today I went to get a fill & a pedicure (the pedicure was LONG OVERDUE) & while I could have waited a little longer for the fill, I decided that I was there, might as well just get it done. Boy! I'm so glad that I did. Nancy (my manicurists) suggested I get a Dip manicure rather than an acrylic fill. I'm so glad I took her suggestion because my nails look great! This is the first time (ever in my life) that my natural nails have gotten a manicure. I've always gotten acrylic w/gel polish. What I love about Tina Nails II is that they don't rush. They take their time. Having someone take their time & make sure things are done right is better than rushing & having it look bad. Very mean older lady, told her the nail file was too high and that's why it was burning my nail bed ,she just started talking in her native language and literally left, and someone else came to finish her work. I've randomly walked in when I had broken nails and Angie has repaired them free of charge. I, of course, always tip! Do NOT come here. They have HORRIBLE customer service. Make you wait 40 minutes even with an appointment. Deserves 0 stars, not a one star. I made an appointment for 3 people (mani & pedi each). They told me to come in 2.5 hours and I agreed since we wanted to all go together. We get there, we wait 30 minutes before they seat us at chair, and soak for 10 minutes before they start working on my mom and friend. Another customer walks in and requests for a wax and the nail lady takes off her gloves, leaves my mom, and helps the other customer with no word. When we brought it to her attention how rude that was, all she said was that it was fast and didn't take long. She didn't apologize or even recognize how wrong that was. She could have asked and left that up to us decide. I had been a loyal customer for 3 years, NEVER going back. Go to Q Beauty instead. WAY better customer service and quality. read more

My husband and I truly adore all the hard working ladies here. Nancy and Hien are my absolute go to gals for my nails. They pay attention to detail and are very knowledgeable about their work. I totally trust their judgment. My husband and I love coming here every one is sweet and welcoming. He gets mani and pedicure ( Number 4) I get dipped nails and pedicure (Number 4). Moon has stolen my heart when it comes to my pedicures. She's very thorough and I just love how clean my feet are and how relaxed I am after her massages. This was my first visit. I didn't have an appointment, I was a walk in. I arrived at 6:40 PM, requesting a fill and pedicure. I was not aware they closed at 7:00 PM. Most salons will turn you away... I was happily surprised. Two technicians worked on me simultaneously. That made all the difference in the world. I was offered to choose from any of their services for my pedicure, but knowing they wanted to get out of there, I just had the basic service. I would definitely go back. Decided to head to Gilroy outlets to find some last minute Vegas outfits. That's what lead to the decision of pampering myself by getting my nails done. Yelped a place and Tina nails II showed up. Decor: clean, spacious, tv, and FREE drinks & snacks. Phuong worked on my mani while another technician did my pedi. They were an amazing duo. Very attentive and friendly. Mani: I decided to try out their new rainbow chrome and it was the best choice I had in a while. I've been getting so many compliments (even now that my nails are growing out)! It was a complex 3-4 step process, but Phuong made it flawless. Pedi: I got a simple dark red color for fall. But the technician was so sweet. She took her time and repeatedly asked if I liked it. Oh! And they used this amazing sugar scrub that not only felt but smell amazing. They also dropped in this "blue candy" into the tub to disinfect and kill any bacteria in the tub or on your feet. I came in with my daughter for us both to get a set of acrylic nails. I saw on here the picture of the mirror look. That would have cost $45 so I was like, ehh no thanks. They push and push for you to get gel because it is "so much better". Oh geez. So we got the gel which is $35 a set. The lady I had I told her short, and they looked like stubs and looked as if I already needed a fill leaving that day. It was ridiculous. They did have a lot of ladies working there to help people. DO NOT let Anthony do any acrylic sets for you ever!! I came in with a picture of a pink and white ombre set that had 1 nail with flower art, I asked for almond shaped tips and my set was nothing like the picture. When he did my original set he did the pink and white ombre, and did coffin tips with no art whatsoever. She was on a Bluetooth phone call the entire time he was doing my set, and when he was done he proceeded to boast that it was better than the picture. I got my set on a Saturday oh, and by the following Saturday of the next week the bottoms near the cuticle were peeling up and away from my nail. I went in on Monday and showed them the peeling set and they clipped the peeled areas and he redid the acrylic making the set look nice again. Now it's about 3 weeks later and this set is starting to peel off to all together. My original plan was to get a fill, but I can't even do that because the nail underneath is discolored with fungus and because he filed my thumbnail down in a weird direction it ended up painfully ripping underneath the acrylic. I wasn't able to even peel it away from the nail until the acrylic on top somehow ended up cracking. I have never experienced the acrylic cracking with any set that I've had in the past. I've never had my nails under the acrylic end up in such horrible condition after having a set. This is very disappointing. read more

This is one of the best places I have ever found to get my nails done, and one of the only places that does dip powder manicures--and does them well! I've been going to this salon for the dip powder manicure for a few months now, and the quality is excellent. The powder lasts longer than gel but looks more natural than acrylic. I've also had a pedicure at this salon, which was relaxing and to perfection. The salon is clean, has an ATM, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've been to this nail salon before and they did an amazing job. But I ended up leaving this time unsatisfied. I got a new set of acrylics and was fine with the price. I got a guy and he did the acrylics fine until it came to the painting part. He painted on my cuticle. He didn't even bother fixing it. I know I should've spoke up but common sense if you see that it is jacked up then fix it. I ended up trying to peel the nail polish off. The guy that did my nails sits in the front left side right by the booth where you pay. If you get this guy make sure you speak up if he messes up. The customer service was fine.
