Easy to do under arm wax as a walk in as needed. For manicure and pedicure Pro tip: make an appointment ahead of time and go on a week day if you are free. They are super busy on the weekends. They also have folks that specialize in certain things. Ask if you had something special in mind. If you have a short wait time you can pop over to Starbucks to grab a drink before your appointment. I came here for a last minute gel manicure. I recommend taking an appointment, that way they'll get started on you right away. It was a pretty slow day so not sure how it'd be if it was very busy and it looks like they do get busy often. Morgan was wonderful and so patient. We had great conversations, she was friendly and super nice. I had dipping powder on from the last time and it's really hard to remove, she was very gentle since I told her I have sensitive nails. And she did a great job with my manicure and even suggested paraffin wax and boy o boy I'm so glad I did. It comes with a gentle neck and shoulder massage, it was exactly what I needed after a long day at work and not to mention the constant rain/storm. I highly recommend this place as they don't usually use the machine to remove gel nails which is healthier for your nails. read more

Took my wife here to get her nails done and she's been coming back since. Recently she stopped by a little before closing and they were able to accommodate her needs. This place isn't like your typical nail salon. This salon is so roomy and comfortable I don't feel cramp when it's a packed house. As you can see they have a full array of chairs; 12 chairs to be exact. Our nail tech this time was Ty and she was such a sweet heart, her laugh is infectious. This place can get really busy on certain days so be ready. They were also voted best nail salon of Morgan Hill 3 years running! One note, as I was waiting for my wife to get her nails done, I didn't get a strong chemical smell like other salons which I love. It means they got good ventilation. Secondly, the pedicure did not include the 8 minute hot stone massage that I purchased which is stated in the description. I paid extra for that and didn't get it. The manicure looks bad. Bulky, uneven, and crooked. When I pointed this out, she told me my finger was crooked. Afterwards she didn't even clean up the residue or dead skin on my fingers, refer to the picture. My husband surprised me with mani and pedi appts for me & my mom for Mother's Day here. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first but I ended up getting a gel mani and the deluxe pedi with regular polish. They have a ton of colors to choose from! I chose 054 from the "Gelixir" folder. It was a really pretty pink/red shimmery color. Even though we had appointments, we still waited probably 20 mins before being called back. We sat side by side in the pedi chairs. I had two techs working on my at the same time but my mom only had one doing her pedi and then she moved over to the nail station. I was kind of annoyed they didn't have two techs working on her at the same time because it made our visit even longer. My mani was really fast, she was done before my pedi tech could paint my toes! The color came out great but my nail polish had some bubbling when I looked at it at home. The color on my toes was NOT the same as my nails and I was pretty annoyed with it so if you choose 054, beware!! My toes were a more reddish/orange shimmer, it wasn't horrible but I expected them to match my nails. I was going on a trip the next day so I didn't bother calling to complain. I don't know if I'm too rough on my nails but they already started peeling after a week. I typically wash dishes & clean with gloves so idk why that happened. By 1.5 weeks, I peeled off my nail color so much I ended up just removing them. Def wasn't worth the $35? I think only one nail out of 10 held up well. Overall, it's a clean place with lots of chairs/stations and Starbucks is conveniently next door. I don't see myself getting my nails done regularly anymore but it would be a nice treat once in awhile, maybe just won't do gel on my nails next time and will make sure my two colors match if I do! read more

I moved to Morgan Hill for almost 2 yrs, yet this is the first time I visit Diva Nail Spa. The location has lots of parking and is next to Starbucks, which is a big plus for me. The Spa is spacious with many pedi chairs and rooms for lash extension and waxing, really a one-stop shop for self care day. All the ladies were friendly. I went for a regular color pedicure set and full manicure set today. Not sure what material Tammy used for my manicure but i don't think it's acrylic. To give context I'm the customer who, as a small business owner myself, says YES to the $65 pedicure recommendations, sure why not. But I've now realized that the high quality, comfortable small town nail salon has become too bougie for even me. Even with an appointment I've sat waiting 45 minutes!!!! This is what I asked for, vs what I got. She wasn't helpful picking out something that was similar in color, and when she did the glitter, it was just straight on my nail. There should've been a color under it, then glitter so it doesn't look like the two glitter nails are unpainted. Definitely a very clean salon! The owners are always so nice whenever me and my mother visit, and I've gotten some very nice manicures there. Though there are some problems I do have. Wait times can be pretty long so walk-ins might take a lot longer than you were hoping them to take. I've never booked an appointment so I wouldn't know about experience with those, but walk-ins can be pretty long. The quality of your manicure and friendliness from the employees can vary. My nails have always ended up looking great, and the gel doesn't chip very easily, but some workers aren't very careful and tend to rush their work. I've gotten cuts and started bleeding several times because of rushed/sloppy work. Some can be nice to talk to, and some aren't, but I always get a bit nervous when they start chatting in Vietnamese to their coworkers (as I don't understand Vietnamese, and I worry that they're gossiping about me right in front of my face). You sort of have to take chances sometimes, which I'm not super thrilled about, but I can guarantee their work on natural nails looks great. read more

In addition, she didn't slather on the gel polish and make my nails look like they were two inches thick. The salon is located inside a small shopping center next to Starbucks and there is plenty of parking. The inside of the salon is modern, clean, and everything seemed to be renovated from my previous visit a few years ago. They have a modern check in system at the front for walk-in clients where you could select your services or you can easily call in to make an appointment. I have been coming to this nail salon for a while now and my first nail tech there was Claire and she COULD DO EVERYTHING. Her attention for detail was exquisite. But she was fired by the owner for having a side gig. (From what I heard she actually threw her stuff out of the salon...) I was so bummed but asked them for someone similar and although she was good she couldn't handle the designs I would come in with. I would always leave looking totally different from the idea I brought in but overall still would love them. But this place never had what I wanted even though I was a regular and would tell them "get red chrome, silver charms, and jelly colors" and they never would so I started bringing in my own. Never a discount for bringing my own products. They didn't even notify me when they did actually get the products. The last visit the owner(lady) was yelling at an employee the whole visit so much so that the other techs ran in the back because they couldn't take it. I paid with credit card and she said her machine isn't working so I just gave her cash and left. Arrived home to see my AMex got charged. I called the store they were still open but no one picked up. After 5 no answers I left a message. Next day no one called me back so I called and again left my name and phone with someone. This happened 3/27 last Thursday. I called AGAIN yesterday talked to the owner and she wanted me to send a screenshot of the charge so she can get to the bottom of it and she said she would call back. Nothing. Today 4/2 I went to the store to ask for my cash back and they wouldn't give me anything and told me that the owner would Zelle or Venmo. She has my phone number or can find my Venmo thru her employees. She could have done this days ago. The fact that I haven't been reimbursed for my charge and everything else on top of that is why I will NEVER be going back to this nail salon. With so many nail salons in Morgan hill you need to do better diva nail, maybe that's why you have been so slow this last year I have been coming in. Take care of your regulars or you lose them. This place is awful! My mom and I went in to get manicures and pedicures - they kind of force you to get the more expensive ones so they can give you a "good massage." Fine, we got the $60+ pedicures, I got a regular manicure, and my mom got gel manicure. I paid $201 dollars, which is okay, whatever. I knew the prices before getting my nails done. BUT, my manicure hasn't lasted me even a week. I got my nails done on Thursday, today is Tuesday, and all of my nails are already chipping. My moms gel nails as well! Also, when it was closing time, they literally put my slippers back on my feet, even though my nails were still wet, and ruined my toe nail! I didn't notice this until I got home. I will not be going back and do not recommend! If you want to spend $200 on nails, I definitely suggest going elsewhere and getting a better job done. read more
