This was my second time visiting Njoy Nail Spa, and overall I had a mixed experience. I want to start by saying the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the environment felt comfortable both times I've come in. For this visit, I got a gel pedicure and a liquid gel full set. I really liked how my toes came out--they looked clean, neat, and exactly what I was going for. I've had my toes done here twice now, and both times they've done a really good job with pedicures. However, I wasn't as happy with my nails. This was my first time trying builder/liquid gel, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but they felt thicker than I anticipated, especially underneath the nail, which made them look a bit bulky. I also chose an almond shape, and I think that may have contributed to the nails looking shorter or more "stubby" than I had in mind. I got a French tip design, which looked really pretty at first, but unfortunately it chipped the very next day. I went back and they fixed it for free, which I appreciated, but it ended up chipping again shortly after. One thing that stood out to me was the communication around cuticle care. I had two technicians--one for my pedicure and one for my manicure. During my pedicure, my cuticles were trimmed without being discussed beforehand, so I assumed it was part of the service. However, during my manicure, I was told that cuticle trimming would be an additional $10. This felt a bit confusing and inconsistent, especially since I wasn't asked beforehand during my pedicure. In my experience, cuticle care is usually included in a manicure or at least clearly communicated before the service is done, so this caught me off guard. I don't want to be too harsh because they were kind and did try to make things right, but I do think there's room for improvement when it comes to communication, consistency, and the overall durability and finish of the nails. Overall, I've consistently had good experiences with pedicures here, but I'm a little unsure about returning for builder gel specifically. (Pictures attached for reference) read more

I came in today for a manicure and pedicure, I called ahead to schedule and they had an opening right away. It was my first time coming here and I wanted to try something new. I opted for the Mojito Tropical Manicure $60 & the Sunshine Delight Pedicure $62. I also got gel polish $15 & French tip $10, nail design for my two ring finger nails was $10. My daughter had the Lemon Pedicure $37. The place was nice and smelled good inside. The decor gave a relaxing floral vibe. The staff were all very nice. We enjoyed our services very much. The polish and designs came out so cute and the massages and foot scrubs were nice. I felt so pampered, it was very much needed. I liked the upfront explanation of the costs so I didn't leave confused or anything. I will definitely come back the next time I need my nails done. read more

Njoy Nails Spa - My nails gel french tip with two flower designs - Waxing Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

Quality is terrible. My manicure chipped off the next day. They didn't even trim nails, just added the gel. The vibe is chill. They add flowers to everything to give it a look and time their massages with a timer. For the price, they could do a much better job. They asked for the tip directly and then insisted I Venmo or Zelle them because they didn't know how to use the machine. I'm definitely never going back. read more

Lovely local nail shop and kind and attentive nail technicians. Went here for a special occasion with my friend and we had a great time enjoying our massage chairs, complimentary beverages and most importantly excellent quality manicured at a great price. We didn't feel rushed and my nails (gel-x) and natural French on toes both lasted nearly a month. I then went back to have them switched back from gel x to natural with cal gel and they did a great job with that too. read more

My daughters and husband went to this salon last Saturday. My youngest daughter had her nails done by a man who cut up her fingers ( he said sorry to her and continued on), and would wipe his sweat and nose and continue doing her nails without washing his hands. My daughter didn't say anything until after they left and then chose to go to Pretty bloom salon to have them redone. The nail techs there couldn't believe how messed up her nails were. Was told I couldn't get refund because I didn't have pictures. Well here's a few! read more

I payed for a full acrylic set. I usually love going here, it's clean and the nail lady's are kind, but this was my last. The older lady with glasses did my nails, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she kept trying to persuade me to get gel X and then laughed at me when I stood my ground and asked for acrylic. She then completely went off the picture and gave me a short and sharp when I wanted a long almond. When I finally decided to say something that I was not satisfied, she got mad and defensive asking why asked her to shape it even more and I responded, saying that I didn't know it would cut this much length off and still not look like the picture. Once she agreed to make them longer with acrylic, she talked to all of her friends in their language in and out of English, making fun of me. I'm a 17-year-old girl, if a client is not happy with their design and they're paying this much to get their nails done they should not feel like they're getting attacked. The shape is still not like the picture, but when she asked if I was ok with them, I said yes because I was too scared to say anything again. My cuticles were also cut too deep and are bleeding. read more

THE BEST NAIL SALON EVER. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Tina is warm and friendly every single time I go in. She is one of the most talented nail techs I've been to and I have gone to many. I have been going to this salon pretty much since it opened and every single time I walk out of the salon I have a beautiful, fresh gel x manicure that get multiple compliments in my day to day. Not only is Tina great, her staff is wonderful and attentive, her salon is clean and SOOO relaxing. I have gotten a handful of pedicures as well here and they always do more than a thorough job. I cannot recommend this salon enough and I am ALWAYS excited to tell people to come here and get their nails done. Any negative or bad reviews on this business is false in every sense of the word. Because the management and team here cares about each and every guest that comes in. read more

I had had an ingrown nail procedure done last year and cautious to go here for a pedicure but couldn't find a local medical pedicure near me and I had a certificate. My nails/feet looked horrible. Its a nice relaxing salon, it was an amazing and Great pedicure. 15 minute intense soak along with trims, filings and cuts then massage to feet and calves with warm stones and towel wraps. This time I had no polish done. They look and feel great. Definitely would come back and ask for Kim. read more

I loved this salon when I found it last year! Since I started going the quality has gone downhill! I got my nails done one week ago, my nails are all chipped, and one of my toenails had the polish completely peel off. For the price they charge, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the services! Way too expensive for nails that chip a week after your service! read more

This place overcharges like crazy paid over 100$ for short gel x that my nail came off literally the next day. And paid over 100$ for a pedicure with builder gel. And when I asked specifically for what I wanted they like to do their own thing even when you tell them multiple times what you want exactly. Definitely don't recommend if you want nails that last and a nail tech that listens to what you want especially with their prices lol. read more

Love coming here. Especially for a pedi. I get regular polish and it lasts for quite a while.

This is hands down my favorite nail salon. I have been coming here ever since they opened and have only upped my nail game since - because of them! The team here truly cares to get to know you and gives recommendations on how to keep your nails healthier and even style recommendations based on what you like. The quality is always 10/10. You feel boujee when you're here because of the decoration and they always give you a free bubbly water. Come here to be pampered! I got the chrome this time pictures in the review read more

I have been getting my nails done in the same way for over 15 years. This place seemed like an amazing new nail salon, decorated so cute and welcoming. But it is anything but that. They charge FOR EVERYTHING. I got charged $10 for cuticle clean up (she soaked my hands in water for less than 30 seconds and didn't even use cuticle cream ) and $5 for removal of gel on toes (that was applied by them from my previous pedi BY THEM) I have never been charged for color removal on my pedi. The last straw was them telling me a reverse moon manicure costs most than French. Reverse moon is a very easy style that has been around since 1930s and is by far WAY easier to do than French. Look it up. Girl bye. I left with nude nails With a million nail salons in Morgan hill do yourself a favor and try somewhere else. read more

Njoy Nails Spa is new to Morgan Hill. Situated in a nice plaza with the convenience of a Starbucks to start your spa day off right. If your looking for cleanliness, great service, and a relaxing time to just sit back with a gf or catch up on some show Njoy is your place. Tiffany is amazing and a perfectionist when it comes to shellac nails and pedicures. Highly recommend her! I really liked the fact that you can purchase a personalized set of tools to bring with you or store at the salon for your use only! Definitely won me over on that as I'm always particular about personal use items. Lastly, the salon has an easy appointment app that makes it convenient to book your appointments with the technician of your choice. Awesome feature for sure for those busy individuals who can't find time to call. The salon is beautiful and the owners are great ppl making sure you had the best experience. I can't wait to tell my girlfriends. read more

This was one of the worst nail experiences I've had in a long while. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 4:30pm that day. They asked what I wanted done, I said acrylic ombré nails and confirmed on their website that they offer this style. When I got there (on time) I had to again tell them what I wanted and show a picture. They proceeded to give a book of dip powder to pick from, which I again had to explain I wanted the acrylic ombré (where the tip is built out with white powder, not dipped). I then had to wait until 5:15 to be seated at a station. Again, had to explain now to the technician what I wanted and she said she couldn't do it. So I then had to wait another 15 minutes for a new technician (now 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time and to be honest, I should've walked out but this place was highly recommended by a coworker). The male technician sits at my station and I AGAIN explain what I wanted and show the picture of an old set I'd gotten elsewhere. The man had to get guidance from a colleague and she kept telling him what to do the whole time, so clearly he'd never done these before. He picked a terrible pink for the nail bed and his colleague made him change it. He molded the white of the tips all the way down to the nail bed, almost to cuticle level, and didn't build the pink over it enough so it just looked messy. By the time they were finished they were mis-shapen and lumpy, but I didn't have patience to sit there longer to ask him to fix them. By this time it was nearly 6:30. They apparently charge $5 for shape, on top of the cost of the poor quality nails. So beware - the cost they advertise for a service may not be what you are charged, there are hidden fees for everything! My nails started lifting within a day but I wasn't coming back here to get them fixed and have to give them more money for overpriced poor quality nails. I wish I'd taken pictures of the set to show the odd shape; the middle of the nails were almost flat while the tips and base were rounded so it looked like a wave happening on my nail. Overall the nail set barely lasted 2 weeks and fully lifted around the nail bed. The place I went to for a fill had to completely file them down and fix them (and use a better pink powder), and the lady couldn't believe how horrible of a job was done and poor quality of product was used. She had to entirely reshape my nails. I won't come back here and DO NOT recommend. read more

They did an okay job on my nails, but I felt like I got swindled. Online it says $50 for a gel fill, yet they charged me $65 plus an extra $10 for cuticle cut (which I did not ask for nor approve). I didn't check online pricing until after I left, as I've never paid $65 for a fill before. I called back after I left knowing the online price, and was told it was $65 because I changed my shape (I just cut them a little shorter). I keep my nails relatively short and all the same color/no design, or else $65 might be justified. Overall it's a nice location, but the lack of transparency is really what left me dissatisfied. read more

I've been going to NJoy since it opened and I won't go anywhere else. Tina always does an incredible job with my nails. I always get compliments. The price is worth the value as they always last 4-5 weeks, sometimes longer if I'm not overly rough. I have posted just a few pictures of nails I've NJoy-ed (hehe) over the past year. I bring my ideas and Tina brings them to life, often making them even better. When I get pedicures, which I don't do often, Tiffany is always amazing. The atmosphere is lovely and the nail techs are all so nice. Definitely go here if you want to relax and be pampered. read more

I was totally ready to give this place 5 stars. The relaxing ambiance and all was just what I was looking for Sunday AM at 38w pregnant when I came by for 1 hr if self care. On somewhat of a budget do decided I'd get a pedi with regular polish and a basic mani with no polish. For my pedi I got the cheapest lemon peel pedi and added a 10min massage since I was expecting my mani to be pretty cheap. My mani was basic with no polish or massage (trim, buff, cuticle)- it took maybe 15min. Slightly annoyed when the manicurist cut my cuticle but was so relaxed by my pedi massage I was didn't say anything and have had enough Manis to know sometimes that happens - no biggie. The kicker is when I was all done I looked at my mani and in addition to the cut he didn't clean under my nails. They aren't like horribly dirty but with no polish I'd expect a quick run through. On top of that I got up to pay and my mani was $27!!!! I asked if that was a mistake as I had no massage or polish. They said same price even if you dont get massage or polish - WHHATTTT?? I was expecting like $12 + tip. $27 for 15min mani, not including tip??? Just sat back down and got polish even though now I was stressed about spending another 30min at the salon....but just warning you all! Especially for men who might not be getting polish- huge rip off. Hoping they add a cheap option for those who don't want polish. read more

Meh..walked in without an appointment for 2 pedicures. 10 minute wait, no problem. Sat us at the same time. The water was cold and had to ask multiple times to make it hotter. My pedicure started and the second one wasn't started until mine was almost done, so that person just sat in a cold water bath. They cut my toe with the electric file right away so that was fun for the rest of the pedicure. They don't even massage your feet they just stick them in a warm wax bag. I've done better polish myself. Very high prices for what you get. Won't be back. read more

When I walked in I thought that the decor was cute and the music was pretty zen. Was sat quickly and told the male nail tech that I wanted acrylics and that I had never gotten acrylic nails before. He began, and when I spoke up about two nails being crooked this guy told me that it was my fingers that were crooked, not his work. He buffed the two nails down, and while they were still a bit crooked I was tired of telling him to do his job correctly. Was pleased with the aftermath, the manager had to step to do the paint because the male nail tech was inadequate. She did a very pretty design. Although, they still charged me $100 for a short set of acrylics with some flowers on them. Total rip off. Two weeks later one nail is coming off at the nail bed and was very painful. I went in and asked for them to remove it, put on a new one, shave them all down a bit and take off the polish. Wanted to charge me $70. Then wanted to charge me $15 just for the new nail. I told them to please just remove the nail because I'm in pain. The lady couldn't even do it and handed me the clippers. With a cup of acetone, scissors, and nail clippers, I took the damn nail off myself. It had broken high up (which points to unprofessional and incorrect application) and that explained my pain. Asked "do I owe you anything for this?" Lady waved her hand at me and said "you did it yourself so..." I said okay. Thanks (for nothing). They let me walk out of there with my finger looking like that. Long Story Short: Overpriced rip-off, rude employees who don't know how to do nails and clearly don't take good care of their clientele. read more
