I haven't gotten my nails done in quite some time. So when my daughter asked me to go with her to get our nails done, I said Yes! I have never been to Angelic Nails before, and we have lived in Morgan Hill for a while now! I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. I picked out a pink one, and it was way too light. The woman who was working on my nails brought another pink over but darker and I love it! She picked out a really good color! The women in the salon are so nice, welcoming, and quick. I used to like coming here but over the past few months I've seen the customer service aspect drop and prices increasing in increments of $5 Inconsistently. I had a really poor experience today, my nail tech was great and honestly overworked. She's so sweet but this was the third time in a row I felt pricing was not clear. I wanted to talk to the manager of my experience and she hung up on me. I went in person thinking... no way... maybe she thought I was spam? Nope. Rude in front of clients. Like okay yall are cheap by $10 maybe $5... it's not worth it to be treated like that. Last time I came I was told nail designs are $5 per nail. Okay cool. This time I come, it's $15 for a very basic design. When asked why, it's because my design took too long.... It took too long because you all couldn't find supplies and in the end we just did a very basic thing due to it taking too much of my own time to wait. Once supplies were found it took 5 minutes. It's flower dots....... I was seen 40 min past my appointment time and I had to wait for supplies to be found, but I'm getting charged more for that but there's no accommodation for me being seen 40 min late, and then being dismissed. I honestly didn't mind any of it, it's a give and take like yeah no worries take your time, but you're charging me more for you not being prepared... and then being rude when I ask... that's the unacceptable part read more

The best nail shop in Morgan hill, not only are they affordable but the women that work here are such sweet and amazing ladies. The past two times I've had to bring my infant (who of course was quiet and not disturbing to other patrons) and they were fine with it and took very good care of us. My 31 year old disabled daughter and caregiver unfortunately were discriminated for services at Angelic Nails (in Morgan Hill on Monterey Road) this morning. My daughter went in for a pedicure and manicure. The caregiver was told since her hands are bent they will not work on her. The caregiver made an appointment for both her hands and toes. My daughter was wearing her "nighttime" hand splints that put her hands in the extended position, making it very easy for her nails to be painted and dry. They did not offer to give her a manicure, they completely refused services. I went in a few hours later asking for the owner. The owner was called, over the phone I was told they had a a client a month ago with bent wrists who they did their finger nails, who came back a few weeks later with a bill for $2000 for medical treatment. They told me due to this experience they will no longer work on people with physical disabilities such as my daughter. I had a pleasant experience at Angelic Nails a couple months ago, asked they if they have a tub to soak a person in wheelchairs toe nails. I was told yes they are happy to do her nails. Their staff is very well trained and many have been there for many years. The workers also practice very good hygiene standards. If anything happens to their work within a reasonable time frame, they fix it at no cost. They also stay up to date on latest trends and technologies. I made my appointment twice and twice my waxer woman had left without notifying me, so I was left, holding the bag with no waxing being done, and my appointment being canceled without notification. These people are rude careless, and they secretly overcharge and overpriced you it's really unfortunate. If not go to this place. I've been looking for a go-to place in Morgan Hill for a while now. I've been to several different salons here in town and I think I found the one that I'm most comfortable with. I love what a huge selection they have for gel colors. I really enjoy the glitter selection and the shimmer selection. Today I got gold glitter and it came out very cute. The staff here is very friendly. I'm one of those types of persons who gets nervous during a manicure and pedicure but they always make me feel comfortable. I think they realize that I'm a little bit squirmy so they're a little bit more gentle with me. And I super appreciate that. I also love how clean this place is. They have acrylic plastic shields between you and your nail artist when getting a pedicure. But I do also like that they do a manicure at the same time that way you can get in and out as quickly as possible. So I guess that kind of defeats the purpose of the acrylic shield, nevertheless everybody's masked and so are we when we're at the salon. I also like that you can see how clean the place is. You could see them sterilizing their tools and they have lots of signs that show that they do things differently in their salons. Like the way they line each foot bath with a plastic shield so that way it's sanitary between uses. I will definitely be coming back here again and this will be my regular spot for now on. read more

I was excited to try this place after reading so many great reviews but was sadly disappointed in my service today.. I didn't feel I got a warm welcome as the lady who did my pedicure didn't introduce herself or greet me in anyway. The water was barely warm & didn't even cover my feet completely. I wasn't asked what I wanted done until I decided to grab the book myself to look it over. I asked for the Classic Pedicure with gel which says it includes a warm lotion massage for 5 mins with stones. Lotion was cold, no stones were used & it was a 2 min massage at most. I had to also tell her the color didn't match the one I picked & she had to find a new one to match. I came to relax & felt more stressed & annoyed when I left.. I normally don't post reviews but I had such a great experience today that I had to share. It was a last minute decision as I was driving home trying to find a salon that could accommodate me on a late Friday afternoon without an appointment. I called this salon around 3:50pm to see if they have a slot available for a gel manicure. The lady was very nice and said If I arrived before 4:30 then they can get it done for me. Kim, the manicurist was very nice & respectful to my requests and was not over bearing with conversation. I have really short nails but she was still able to draw some snowflakes for me. Their Price is reasonable and in the spirit of the season they handed out a nice hand/body lotion. This was my first time at this salon and I highly recommend this place. read more

I'm really having a hard time writing this review because I've been visiting angelic for years now and have always been so happy with their service and prices. I've recommended them to multiple friends and left behind other salons that I would travel to regularly because angelic was always a good experience. I went in today to get a fill and before I even recognized what was happening, the tech (who I don't want to name because i already feel bad leaving this review) removed one of my acrylic nails with an acrylic tip. My immediate reaction was to wince because it hurts and is so damaging to your natural nail underneath. I told her wow that gives me a lot of anxiety to which she didn't say much. Then, she took the same tip and went to remove another nail. I stopped her and said is there another way we can remove these? Soaking them off? She told me no because they needed to come off because there was water getting under the nail. Totally fine and agree - yes, they need to be changed. However, I want them to be removed the proper way, not in a rush, causing excessive damage. She proceeded to remove the second nail with the nail tip. I wish I would have left at this point but instead I sat uncomfortable and upset through the rest of my appointment. My two nails feel thin, uneven, and clearly damaged. Not to sound dramatic but to have nails removed that way these days feels violating and so unprofessional. The kicker? A woman came in during my appointment wanting her nails removed and a gel manicure. I watched and they drilled down her acrylic, soaked off the rest, and gently filed. Not sure why I couldn't have this method used during my appointment, I'm just so disappointed. Unfortunately I don't think I can return to this salon as it leaves me questioning the their practices and scared to experience any further damage to my nails. read more

This was my first time here and it won't be my last. My daughter and I had pedicures by Rose and Monica. They made us feel comfortable and left us with pretty, polished toes and soft feet. We especially loved the hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment. Some other things I really appreciated were the precautions I saw in place against COVID-19. Everyone wore masks, our temperatures were checked upon arrival, hand sanitizer was readily available, disposable gloves were given to all customers (used to choose a nail polish color from the rack) and there were plastic barriers in place separating the technicians from the clients during their services. I was desperate for a gel manicure the week of Thanksgiving. I went in on Monday and was greeted with friendly smiles. The experience itself was great. By day 3, the tips of my gel were lifting. Eventhough the price was great, $35, if it doesn't last, there's little value. I don't often leave reviews, but we didn't have a great experience. I have an unintentional accent nail because just one nail is a different color from the others. I had clear top coat gel left all over my hands that I had to peel off with a tweezer at home. She filed my nails and didn't bother wiping them or dusting them off, just layered gel on top. There was no massage. I had to refile my nails when I got home because there was gel left all over the edges. Most of the staff was friendly, but my technician seemed annoyed the entire time which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will say the prices are extremely reasonable and my friend had a great pedicure. Maybe it was just a bad day, but we won't be going back. read more

My wife took my daughter for her seventh birthday because she wanted to get her nails done, and when my wife arrived and explain to them that my daughter was going to get her nails done and my wife was not.
