Love this place. I've been going to them since they were TL Nail Spa in Morgan Hill for 5-6 years now or so. The only reason I stopped going and picked a new salon was because I moved a little too far out for the drive. Everyone here is really nice and the salon itself is clean and welcoming. I'm a regular acrylic nail wearer and I've never had a nail break on me from this place. I went to a different salon and my nails would sometimes fall off, but here whatever they use is strong and reliable. I always get gel polish and it doesn't budge. I made my appointment 1 week in advance for 10am and when I got there they made me wait 30+ minutes and when I asked to speak to someone her answer was "when you go to the hair salon everyone has to wait and is never serviced at the time of their scheduled appointment. We cannot predict how long it will take between clients." My daughters have been going here for about a year for gel pedicures and acrylics. My oldest's nails were lifting less than a week after getting them done and they refused to fix her nails. They said they would fix the shitty gel lift on her big toes but not fix her acrylics. She's almost 18 and called them ahead of time and said they would give her a discount!! Girl bye! Last time I checked, nails shouldn't lift that soon. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service, especially because my girls have had no problems. They took her acrylics off and barely shaped her nails. So disappointed! I feel like they took advantage of her because she's young. read more

So I'm not one to post negative reviews but after today's visit I'm going to. First off when I came in for pedicure and gel manicure, I was the only customer. The only reason I mention this is because I can understand rushing when you have other customers waiting, I get that time, turn around is money but jeez I would like to at least have time to enjoy my services especially when there was no other patrons. My biggest issue though was that while my feet were still soaking the tech who was doing my manicure threw the dead skin she'd pulled off my cuticles into the water. GROSS Then to make it worse as she was cleaning up before grabbing gel lights she then threw the paper bag that the sanitized tools had been in into the water too. I paused & waited to see if either of them were going to take it out but nope they didn't. I looked at my pedicure tech and asked her to take it out since my feet were still soaking in tub it's not a trash receptacle. Lastly, she spent less than half the time massaging my right arm as she did the left because she wasn't sitting on that side and didn't want to move over FYI they charge $15 to get gel, I should've asked first instead of assuming it was $10, so that's my bad. Honestly for $100 total and 35 minutes in the chair I still wouldn't have taken time to post negative review. But the throwing stuff in my pedicure tub while my feet were soaking is something I definitely feel like people should hear about. read more

After the SO and I moved, we have been looking for a new nail salon that was on the way home. We were fond of one that was near the SO's work, but the one time I needed my nails done in a pinch, they told me they were unexpectedly closed _for the entire week_... Enter: Natalie Nail Bar, located right off the East Dunne exit in the same plaza as Home Depot. I have made three visits so far, and I think it is safe to say that I am most definitely a fan! We got a pedicure plus a gel manicure for myself on our first visit. The handiwork was good, not great. But I appreciated that the ladies were kind and talkative. It's a pet peeve of mine when I go to a nail salon and the workers kind of side-eye you and speak amongst each other... not here! On my second visit, I changed my gel nail color for an upcoming company party. The woman working on me didn't do so well, but I let it slide because I started to feel uncomfortable with all the other ladies hounding over her and fixing her mistakes. After I paid by Venmo (you can pay by Venmo!!!), I took a pic of my nails and posted it here on Yelp. Soon after, I received a message from Ana, the manager at Natalie Nail Bar, apologizing for the snafu that night and requesting I come back so they can fix it. I didn't have time with work and other life things, so I didn't return until about 5 weeks after. Plus my nails were too dang long/inconvenient and I needed to get them done. My most recent visit sealed the deal that I will be returning again. Ana recognized me immediately and apologized again regarding the prior visit. I reassured her that it was ok and not to worry. She offered me hot tea and one of the nail techs, Sophia, worked on me. She was extra thorough and made sure that everything was tip top. I think my only gripe is they use the grinder to remove the gel polish, which imo creates divets/dents in my natural nails... Definitely coming back thanks to awesome customer service and great nails. And, repeat: They take Venmo!!! read more

I know that longer nails with designs cost $60 and up but my nails are not that fancy to cost that much. Pedicure was great. No complaints and the lady took her time and was nice. $60 bucks for lavender Gel pedicure. There was a $3 charge for Apple Pay. She didn't mention it and I saw it after I had already paid. If I knew I'd pay with my actual card. Sucks that I paid that much for basic nails. I also gave a generous tip so I left paying $143 total! read more

I would not recommend this location for even basic mani pedi services. I asked multiple times while my manicure was being done if the shape would be corrected or if the lint and debris from the manicure would be cleaned up and the tech assured me she would be doing all of that. By the time she was going to put the top coat on my nails... she had not fixed anything I asked about. The color was completely uneven on almost every nail, edges were messy and there were bubbles throughout the polish. If I had not specifically asked for these things to be addressed, I may not have stopped her but I made a point to call out what needed to be fixed and was obviously not being heard. I ended up having to pay to have my nails redone elsewhere but was much happier with the results in the end. I would recommend Amour Nails instead, just keep in mind they are not open on Sundays. read more

I needed a place to go to to get my nails redone for the July 4th holiday. I have heard of Natalie Nail Bar since one of my close friends has been here before and her nails came out amazing. So, I decided to give it a go. It was packed when I entered. So, I just had to be patient until a station arrived. I was eventually seated. I can't remember the name of the lady who did my names. But, she wore gloves while she did my nails. I could tell that she was really rushing through the whole process and it reflected through her work. I needed to get my acrylic nails off and just wanted a simple gel manicure. She was so fast with getting my nails off that it got quite painful. She did my cuticles and that was quite painful. She was very much rushing through the manicure to where there were so many air bubbles in it. I wasn't very satisfied with the quality of work and elsewhere can do much better. I respect that they are hustling to get customers in and out. But, the work ethic just isn't there. After I got home from getting my nails done, I washed my hands and it stung a bit. I realized that when she trimmed my cuticles, she cut me. But, it wasn't to the point that I noticeably bled. I do not think that I will be back here again. read more

One nail tech said to another in Vietnamese this lady keeps looking at me someone better work on her soon. Another lady said just let her wait. I then said it's okay I will leave and told them not to talk about customers in Vietnamese because some people can understand! How Rude! Close to the end of my service they switched people, the second person changed my shape an a completely different design then the first nail tech was doing. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They were very busy so I'm hoping this is why it was rushed. The manicure was a little rough and I got a couple small cuts. This worried me on more of a biohazard standpoint than anything else. The pedicure was rushed too and my nail was smugged (had I noticed at the salon I would have asked for it to be fixed). The lady who was working on my nails apologized multiple times for the wait, and was very calm considering she was working on multiple customers, answering the phone, helping other employees and acknowledging people when they walked in. I would consider going in again when it is less busy. read more

Waste of money for a pedicure! The first time I was cut badly twice and she complained that I would not stop bleeding. I only went back because she used single use files. The second time the other lady did a horrible job removing the skin that builds up around my nail beds from wearing running shoes 6 days a week to work for my physically active jobs. This last time the other lady didn't have single use files. I've only had 1 pedicure that was more poorly done and received better services from beauty schools. This last polish job was atrocious. She gobed multiple thick coats on and put 7 coats on one nail because she messed it up. I highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

Wasn't until I came out and got in my car that I had to re-think the price. $65? Yes I got Gel on my toes (so it last longer) and I requested the $50 Pedi; guess that means that the Gel is $15 extra - yikes. I've been use to paying only $5 for Gel. They use MMA monomer which is illegal ! My soak off is super sticky and gummy which gives it away as being MMA and not EMA. Avoid this place at all costs. Never coming back here ! Customer service was good but could tell they talk mad crap about some of their customers, shoot they were probably talking about me while they were doing my nails but could careless. I just want to start off with how i'm not the person to complain, but my sisters nails were not worth the 80. My nails came out alright and the lady was sweet she was sitting on number 10, but the lady on number 3 didn't seem to really care after i paid. She rushed it and after i went in to complain and said to redo it and that i will pay it she decided to just stick black hearts on top of it. I have been going to Natalie's Nail Bar only for a few months but every time I go it's a great experience. I went in yesterday (April 6th) with my friend (who is Deaf and signs ASL). This is the second time my friend and I have gone to the nail bar. They treat her with such respect. They don't treat her differently or try to take advantage of her. The women who work here are all hard working women with integrity. They are so sweet to all customers no matter the age or ability. I LOVED my manicure that T did (French tip gel) and my pedicure that Queenie did. I came home after my appointment and showered. When I looked back at my nails two of them had chipped. I was so bummed. I came the next day (April 7th) to see if I could get them fixed. Queenie took me in right away and fixed them in fifteen minutes, no charge! I LOVE LOVE this salon. I usually love coming here and am always happy with my set of nails. First, I would like to say I noticed when the lady was doing my nails she glued the tips at the edge of my nails and it didn't look really normal. Second, I noticed my nail tip cracking and thought it was odd being that I had just got them done and figured I'd go get it fixed the next day being it was too late to go that night. My nail easily ripped off when I closed my car door and now I am missing part of my nail. I am noticing another one of my nails starting to crack as well. I spent $55 on this set and was hoping they'd last at least two weeks or more being that my set before these lasted forever and not one of them broke at all! Unfortunately now I cant even get this other fingernail fixed until it grows out completely. The lady doing my nails was in a rush, which I understand because they were close to closing. When I came in she did not ask me to come back another day and was willing to do my nails, she could have asked me to come back another day I would have been fine with that. One of My nails is crooked and others are cracking. I am so disappointed with my experience here this time. Update: I went in to get them removed, the lady who originally did my nails helped me (only nail tech available). She was pretty rude considering how nice I was being about it, the owner came over and helped to gently removed the two injured nails that tore off (which I appreciated). But while she was doing them she was lecturing me about how it's not their fault that my nails turned out the way they did (which I'm assuming she read my first yelp review) and how I was 5 minutes late to my appointment (when I did tell the lady on the phone I might be a little late) and it was my fault. A couple of other girls came in at the same time I came in to get my nails done last time and they helped them. I understand not coming in at a certain time, that's fine like I said before, but to tell me it was my fault that my nails came out that way is not really professional and the time should not dictate the quality of my nails if you're paying a pretty high amount for them and tipping well. They just fan their hands for you to come sit prior to picking a color I had to pick from the chair as My feet were in the water but then they did not do what I call basic nail cleaning where you get the dry skin from under the toe bed, when painting the toe nails she used so much nail polish that my moms toes wouldn't dry! I had to take her back to fix the polish job and that was uncomfortable even though it was the same day. The first time was a great experience the person who did my pedicure took her time and didn't rush any part and the massage was amazing My second time here and this was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I came with my daughter and for whatever reason her pedicure was done before mine and her technician started way after mine did, she didn't even massage her for the full 5 minutes she stopped when my technician stopped.
