Im not from the area and needed my broken up gel nails removed. So, I appreciate that I was taken as a walk in. I'm use to a soak off but she just drill sanded off the gel instead, which im not too crazy about as it just thins out already damaged nails. My fault, I should have requested up front... Anyway, after that I told her to just cut my nails. I got a quick arm massage which was nice, after that I selected my color and she painted my nails. It wasn't until I went to my car and seen in natural sunlight how unimpressed I was. The manicure and color (regular color not gel) cost $30.00. So you basically get what you pay for. The ladies seem nice enough but the job I went in for was not so nice. You can see the pic of my nails. Flaws and inconsistencies are very noticeable. Not fan and would not return. read more

Look I'm not one to only post a review when I have a gripe with a place. I should have called it a day with this place when they gave me my first ever ingrown toenail with their horrible pedicure about a year ago. I thought maybe I will give it another shot because I really want to like this place since it's so close to my place. Today I had a 2:30 appointment, I arrive 10 minutes early and did not get seated until 3:15. I normally do not schedule an appointment so close to closing time because I hate to be rushed but this was beyond my control. I asked for dip/gel and the lady who did my nails did NOT know how to do it at all and it was obvious. I've been getting this combo for years now so I'm familiar with the normal steps it takes and I'll tell ya, dipping my nails in the powder over 8 times is not how you're supposed to do it. She did a sloppy job and did not bother to do a decent job. I will not be coming back and advise others to find elsewhere. read more

I am a 16 year old girl, and I love this place they are really nice for the most part I had never had a problem with them. But today I went in and got my nails done and I asked for nick. Something I always do. There has never been a problem. Normally one of the girl comes and will prep my nails then nick with shape and paint them. Well today I went in and one of the girls started and while she was, a woman in her 20s walked in they sat her down and she also expressed that she wanted nick to paint her nails. They sat her down and she ended up getting her nails done by him, and I got my nails done by the lady. And she still did an amazing job. But I just felt like they were putting her first because she was older. I just thought it was weird because I did clearly experience the fact that I wanted my nails done by him. I came in a day ago and had by far one of the worst set of nails done I've ever gotten. The nail salon I typically go to was closed. I haven't gotten my nails done in months, my husband was watching our toddler and I had a really rough week so I was really looking forward to getting them done. I've never came here before but figured to give it a shot.... I should have just gone home once seeing my usual spot was closed for the day. The ladies were very sweet, I will say that. That's the reason I held my tongue and paid and left, I cannot be rude to kind people. But she is not trained enough to be doing acrylic nails let alone multitask and do them while I'm getting a pedicure. I asked for almond and they were so misshapen, not rounded off on top or on the ends. They had such huge divets and craters in the acrylic and came to full exposure once she applied polish. She saw no wrong in it. I do not have a photo to show because when I got home I walked through the door shaking and cried. When I say I had a rough week I meant it was a ROUGH week!! This did not help!! I immediately got the nail file and started filing down to at least get rounded square nails because I will not be seen with what I had. I say she does not know about acrylic because I researched during the covid shut down and was doing it for fun at home so I can tell when u have a bad bead and she always did. The acrylic has bubbles under and is separated from my nail.... Wanna know how it's staying on.... She super glued it down these will fall off very soon, not long like they are meant to and she said she gave me a discounted price. Like I said she was very sweet so I thanked her and paid but no tip because the price she got from me was generous enough and I left. I did not go back today because I'd feel bad if I saw her there while I complained and because I filed them down I did not want them to use the excuse that I caused these issues.... I just won't be coming back here and I'll make sure to tell everyone and anyone NEVER to visit this establishment. read more

My mom just got her nails done here and I am furious for her. $70 to have a nail tip glued on with a really thin layer of clear acrylic over it. My mom continuously asked for a pink powder acrylic with white acrylic french tip design (a scraping tool is used for this, real nail techs know what I'm talking about) but no, the male technician was very adamant about doing it his way and even had the nerve to turn down my mom's desires and proceeded to tell her after to be careful because they might break like what? Nails are supposed to last 2-3 weeks or longer. $70 for poor customer service and poor quality, nope never again. If I could leave zero stars I would.
