I had such a great experience with Diane at Glamour Nails! I called yesterday to book an appointment for today, and she was able to fit me in with no problem. From the moment I walked in, Diane was super friendly, welcoming, and professional. She did an amazing job on my fill - my nails look flawless! She paid close attention to detail, made sure I was happy every step of the way, and took her time to make them look perfect. I really appreciated how gentle she was and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the appointment. Highly recommend Diane if you're looking for someone who's kind, skilled, and takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be going back! read more

I'm really surprised at the negative reviews. This place is brand new and I am SO glad to have a new salon in town! I have been to every nail salon in town (lived here most of my life) and have always been disappointed until coming here. I just had my third mani/pedi here and it was a great experience as usual. The prices are fair - in line with anywhere else in town. The ladies working here are so nice, and it is clean clean clean. There was someone cleaning and sanitizing the entire time I was here this time. Every brand new place will have kinks to work out, sure, but I honestly have had zero problems. Definitely my new go to nail salon. read more

I walked in for a routine fill and mentioned I was in no rush and happy to wait. When the technician, Tony, told me to sit at his station, I politely declined and said I was happy to wait for a different technician. Instead of handling this professionally, Tony became incredibly hostile. He shushed me multiple times and told me I could either leave or come back another day because "nobody else" would help me. When I asked why he was being rude, he slammed his desk and began yelling, claiming I wasn't "giving him an opportunity." I have given him opportunities in the past and simply do not care for his work--which is my right as a paying customer. He continued to shush me and speak about me in another language in front of the entire salon, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. While the other two technicians were kind enough to apologize for his behavior and offer to help me, the damage was already done. Being treated with such aggression and disrespect after five years of coming here is unacceptable. No customer should be shushed or yelled at for expressing a preference. I'm deeply disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and…read morespecifically asked for a pink color. When I got home, I noticed the color was not what I had asked for, so I came back today hoping they could simply change the color. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted a color change because I had just gotten a full pedicure the day before. Despite this, they still made me pay for the entire pedicure again. The technician even handed me the service menu as if I needed to choose another service, when I had already explained that I only wanted the polish changed. She also pretended to cut my cuticles even though there was absolutely no need to do that since I had just received a pedicure the day before. I ended up choosing the basic pedicure, but the entire service felt extremely rushed, and the polish was left messy. What is most frustrating is that I paid for a full service yesterday, came back because the color was not what I originally requested, and was still charged for everything again today. I feel like this could have easily been handled as a simple color change instead of charging me for another full pedicure. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the way the situation was handled. I will not be returning.

I explained exactly what I wanted to the girl at the front desk who said okay and directed me to sit down. I then told my nail tech the same thing and showed her a picture of the design I wanted. She asked if she could cut my nails shorter since some were different lengths. I said yes because I wanted them even, but I specifically told her that I had been growing my nails out for this exact manicure. Despite that, she cut them SO short that there was basically no length left. Once she finished the first hand, I looked down and was completely confused about why my nails were so short. Then she pulled out an acrylic kit. I immediately asked what she was doing and why my nails had been cut so short. She then tried to blame me, saying I had shown her a picture of acrylic nails. I explained that I never asked for acrylic and the picture was simply to show her the design I wanted. The worst part was that she never apologized or took accountability. It wasn't until she realized I was packing up my things and leaving that she finally seemed to care. The woman at the front desk who originally greeted me asked what happened, and I explained everything. She was very apologetic and wanted to fix the issue, which I appreciated, but I was already too upset to stay. I ended up going to Luxury Nails across town, and honestly, I'm so glad I did. They were able to do damage control and gave me exactly what I had originally asked for. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but cutting someone's nails drastically shorter than requested, completely misunderstanding the service, and then blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility is extremely frustrating. I left feeling very disappointed and will not be returning.
