Called 2 days in advance to book an appointment at 1pm . 16 minutes later I am still not being helped. I am on a time crunch and I told them I'd be back this is not ok, not even an acknowledgement from their part as I am waiting. I believe their manager said let her go, and started speaking in her language, clearly annoyed that I was complaining. I told her you shouldn't be upset, I should, I am a paying customer! She said because the tech is eating lunch, and that she would be back in 5 minutes , mind you while giving ME attitude because I have to wait. Never again will I come here, horrible service, they're uncoordinated, and don't even care if you have to wait , it's like they expect you too. No respect for the client and our time! I went in to do my nails for my birthday asked what I wanted. as the nail tech was doing my nails, kindly asked if she can add more nail glue to my nails, as she only put literally barely in glue then proceeds to make a joke out of it and not do it and say that she's been doing nails for "25 years". I'm relatively new to town so I was looking for my new go-to nail salon. Not many places can do dip/gel so my options were limited. I went to another nail salon in town near Target and while it is nicer inside, I always felt rushed and they ended up giving me an ingrown toenail, something I never experienced before. It was because if this that I knew I had to look elsewhere and that is when I found this gem. I always book with Kim because she's amazing! I asked for coffin and got squared, also showed them a different design and they just simply told me it was too much work for her so I changed my design for my nails. If I could give them a zero I would. I have had the worse experience with them. I had all my daughters go on a nail date trying to give them some fun through all of this they have been going through. One of my daughters nails came of completely after one week of having them on. She did not bite on them she was carrying a blanket one night there goes one, she was holding a fork the second one falls. Mean less to say I called concerned and the lady that answered was so RUDE!!! She kept cutting me off as I was asking what we can do if she can take the nails and get them refilled IDk. I made an appointment at the time for 1:30. I got there on time and they asked me to wait outside. I waited half an hour to be seated just to be waiting even longer inside for them to even start. Once they finally began my nails, she was very rough and very rude, she asked me what shape of nails I wanted, I told her I wanted coffin, she then told me she was going to charge me $70 for a full set. I was in shock and asked for the lowest they had and she proceeded with only $60. I told her I knew places that did them for only $35 and that was an insane amount to be charging and she was super rude about it. She told me that I can go to those places instead and when I asked her to take off my nails she said it was another $5 fee. I declined due to the rude service and she told me to leave with full uncut, glued, acrylics. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this salon at all. read more

Since with this pandemic haven't been able to go into a salon so I finally did couple days ago and the lady who did my nails was nice and helpful and she did a good job on my nails and design. Massage chairs work so good! I rather come here to sit in the chair only if I could haha. I give 2 stars cause after getting my nails done I got a pedicure from a different lady in there and it was the worse pedicure ever. Went so fast, didn't even massage my feet only did my leg but the massage was very bad like if she didn't want to do it and it was like a 3 min massage everything was super fast and not even relaxing then when she's done goes back on her phone to chill and hangout. Came in to get a fill yesterday after work. This was my first time there since I've been trying to find a regular place to get my nails done. Been to 4 other places in town & this is my favorite so far. The lady that did them paid attention to detail which is one of the top things I look for. Have nothing negative to say about this place. Not completely sure if I found my regular spot yet but I'm definitely going back to find out! Oh and as far as price goes I think I paid $27 or $28 not including tip. read more

My experience here was definitely in the "OK" range. The pedicure and manicure over all are okay, the lady working on my nails was a bit rough with the tools and seemed like she did not want to be there. One of my fingernails is a little crooked but I can live with that. What I didn't like is that the lady who was doing my nails was not paying attention to what i was saying or asking for. I brought two colors over to her and told her I wanted something comparable in gel. Well she didn't do the pedicure in gel, and when I asked her about it she answered with one word very quickly that I couldn't understand. It wasn't until she was about done I realized she said "regular", It was during my lunch so I didn't have time to get it corrected to what I actually asked for. Came here last Friday and when I walked in one lady was getting her nails done the other nail techs where just sitting there so I thought cool i won't have to wait. Right away they sat me down and started taking off the current gel polish. Another customer walks in asking for a pedicure and the lady doing my nails gets up and starts doing her pedicure. After that two ladies come in and they had appointments totally understandable. The nail techs knowing they had appointments should of told me there would of been a wait time. They basically started my nails and had me wait for about an hour. Then finally a nail tech comes files my nails then leaves again at this point I'm ready to leave only reason keeping me is it's Friday all nail salons are pack and I know if I go somewhere else I'll wait even longer. They finally finish the ladies with appointments and finally one gets to me and now she's in a hurry the tools she's using are hurting me to the point were I'm taking my hand back saying ouch. My nails where super ugly after and she cut my cuticles and I left bleeding. Overall time spent was literally 12-4 I only went for a fill. read more

If it was possible I wouldn't even give them a star, I went in after work needing a fill on my nails. I had also asked to soak my feet while I was waiting for my fill, cause my feet were killing me from work. When I had asked the Lady to do so.... Just to make a long story short.... She laughed in my face because I only wanted a soak. I got upset and wanted to leave but I wouldn't have made it in time for another place to do my nails and that was my only chance to get them done that day. So finally after she got over how funny it was that I wanted to soak my feet with no pedi. she came to me and said "okay you soak now 5$ more". So I just told her to save herself the hassle. I mean 5$ would've been just fine in the first place but I guess she just had to go laugh it off first. But once it was ready for my fill, the one to actually do my nails was really quiet, and to the best of my knowledge the sign says "creative nails" and that's not at all what they are. They didn't even have the color gel I wanted and she didn't want to do designs. Thank god I didn't though because not even a week later the gel has been chipped off and I have never had that happen to me before. So not only were they rude to me but my nails looked horrific. I arrived at this "business" at 10:01 when they claim to open at 10. There was a total of 4 customers waiting in their cars. 2 of which already had appointments for 10:15 and 10:30. They were used to waiting for the business to open apparently. When the workers finally showed up at 10:30, they asked me to come back later. I simply said, "I wont come back. Ever." This is why i am writing this review. If you have time to waste and cater to these people,then by all means go to Creative Nails. I can't stand it when businesses do not open at the time of their business hours. I understand things happen, but the customers with appointments said that the workers usually arrive by 10:15. So clearly, they are never on time. I did not get this memo. Now everyone knows. These people don't value your time. read more

I always went to get my fills done at this place but after my last visit there I had the worst experience and will not go back after going for 3 years. I had an appointment at 5 and didn't get attended until 5:37. While I was getting my nails the nail technician is more worried and concern about what the lady next to her is doing and taking her sweet time. She finally focuses on what she's doing, then she started taking on the phone gets up and leaves for like 10 minuets by this time I'm getting impatient because everyone else who had walked in after me has left and my nails aren't even half way done . When she comes back she started to rush on her work and hurts me with the file. Ok no big deal, finally she's done. When I get home I noticed that my nails had so many bubbles and the gel was not placed all over the nails . I was so disappointed at this point since I waited so long there and ended up with crappy nails. I called her right after I noticed. I asked for an appointment for the next day and she said ok what time I told her 12 she said ok . Once I told her I didn't like the work she had done and wanted to get my nails redone she automatically said she was too busy to see me and she had no more openings I told her OK fine, then I can just go in there and get a refund she said no she doesn't do refunds because she's never left bubbles on nails before, when she clearly hasn't even seen them . This place is small but I got to say they were awesome. I recently switched nail places because the one I use to go to got sloppy. The girl I got was great!! She took her time on my nails which were very simple but they came out great!! I love this place and I'm definitely coming back. I've been going here for years. Today was treated so poorly. The salon was filled with a bunch of children waiting for adults. But they weren't backed up. Asked if I could come back, or better yet come back Monday, today is Friday. I said I have a broken nail I'll come back. The owner Julie starts spouting off different times. I said I would take 4. Could she put it down. She abruptly grabs the appointment book and throws it against the back wall. I have gave them recommendations. I will never step foot in there again. My nails looked great, I just wasn't very happy with the color selection- it sort of looks like they're remodeling inside? There are only 4 ladies who work there, one of which I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by. She was very nice but I didn't get her name. Another lady that didn't speak English was sort of disgruntled. For the most part it's for great prices the only down sides are the interior, the colors, and the small size staff. This is my favorite place in Hollister to get my nails done! Lilly does beautiful acrylics and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a set of nails! If you don't have a lot of time you should definitely make an appointment because this salon gets very busy, make sure you have time to spend! Overall good place for acrylics! read more
