When we arrived we were greeted and she sat my daughter right away at the first desk and began working on her nails. My two year-old had fallen asleep so I was carrying him. I went to sit on one of the chairs by the register but she offered me to sit on one of the pedicure chairs. I sat down and she then came and reclined the seat for me and turned the massage machine on. Which I thought was very nice of her! While she was working on the nails, she asked not just me but my daughter if the length was okay the shape, etc. she was very sweet and made my kiddo feel very happy and comfortable she could be there. She interacted with her/asking her about the shape/length design and chatted a bit about school, my daughter felt involved. This is the type of service some of us look for when we want to take our children for a service or a mom/daughter date. For our kiddos to feel happy and enjoy the pampering. This has been the first nail salon that has 5/5 service. From work ethic to the work she did on the nails. They came out so cute!! Everything was great from the beginning to end. The music they had playing and tv was perfect! This will be our new spot for sure! We will be commuting 35min to Xpro Nails rather than going somewhere closer to home and getting bad service. Thank you so much for the great experience!! She's gotten so many compliments on the nails and it's only been 3 hours since she got them done! Thank you for helping us! We will be back soon!! Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person that helped us but I hope she see's our picture and remembers based on the picture!

I wish I had a photo of my first nail set when I got them done last month but they got me the most compliments. I love doing cateye for my nails and the first time I got them done with the pink cateye here, they were absolutely gorgeous. I didn't have an appointment but they seated me immediately and my fill only came out to $50 which is honestly such a steal. And the lady who did my nails (I wish I got her name) did my nails so fast and with precision, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Then I came yesterday with an appointment with Leo because I saw that he does design and let me just say, he was so attentive of my needs and made sure that I was okay throughout the whole process. And let me just tell you, im terrified of letting anybody do design on my nails due to bad experiences in the past but Leo changed that fear. My nails look so cute and it's exactly what I wanted and more because he tried a new cateye technique and it is so cute! The vibe in the area is also good too as everybody there was so sweet and they also have snacks available. I am now recommending this place to everybody I know and I'll definitely be coming back. I explained exactly what I wanted to the girl at the front desk who said okay and directed me to sit down. I then told my nail tech the same thing and showed her a picture of the design I wanted. She asked if she could cut my nails shorter since some were different lengths. I said yes because I wanted them even, but I specifically told her that I had been growing my nails out for this exact manicure. Despite that, she cut them SO short that there was basically no length left. Once she finished the first hand, I looked down and was completely confused about why my nails were so short. Then she pulled out an acrylic kit. I immediately asked what she was doing and why my nails had been cut so short. She then tried to blame me, saying I had shown her a picture of acrylic nails. I explained that I never asked for acrylic and the picture was simply to show her the design I wanted. The worst part was that she never apologized or took accountability. It wasn't until she realized I was packing up my things and leaving that she finally seemed to care. The woman at the front desk who originally greeted me asked what happened, and I explained everything. She was very apologetic and wanted to fix the issue, which I appreciated, but I was already too upset to stay. I ended up going to Luxury Nails across town, and honestly, I'm so glad I did. They were able to do damage control and gave me exactly what I had originally asked for. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but cutting someone's nails drastically shorter than requested, completely misunderstanding the service, and then blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility is extremely frustrating. I left feeling very disappointed and will not be returning.
